I received the "Cottage Farmhouse" wax…

I received the "Cottage Farmhouse" wax warmer on Christmas 2024 as a gift.

At Christmas 2025 I knocked it off and broke the glass in it.

Today, 1/13/2026 their CS told me there's no way to replace just the glass? I have to spend another $33 to replace the entire piece? Really? In 2026 they can't replace just the glass?

This was a waste of money to the person who gave this piece to me. Which, by the way, they could not afford.

Will NEVER purchase anything from this company again as their policy is completely NOT in accordance with Customer Service.
