Was 4 Stars but after being there for a…

Was 4 Stars but after being there for a while ......
At first they were great, affordable and a support team that tried to help best they could with language barrier. Then they started to double charge and had to put support tickets in and wait a week or more for them to reply on issue. Then they decided to charge me for the b3 bots I had and stop their services because the owner doesn't want or care about game servers any more. I got a reply from their tech department that stated.(Not the full ticket reply I omitted the suggested server here)

"Dear Sir,
We are sorry to announce that owner Zayn doesn't care about game server hosting.
Maybe he will close whole RT in coming future but don't expect your server to be up now. it's gone."

This was a few days after I paid for the b3's and their game server panel link hasn't been accessible since.
