Flat roof installed by trained fitters, over 1 year after being fitted water ingress, wholesaler does not sell this product anymore due to many complaints, Rinus Roofing inspected the roof 4 times, first time in March 2022, now its end of October 2022, it states 20 year guarantee & has all gone quiet. Terrible customer service. I will be seeking further advice on taking this forward!
