Absolutely fantastic service, really quick, responsive to all my daft questions and helped me find a perfect colour match. Superb!

Can’t leave them messages through their website. Rang them repeatedly for an hour and a half, no pickup. Did eventually pickup and then put the phone down - I wanted to check finish on a RAL code before placing a large order. Don’t respond to voicemail. What a shame - I used them when they were Riolett proper and their service and products were superb. Another great company seems to have been taken over and bitten the dust.

I was delighted to find that this company can supply BS, FS and RAL paints among other standards as both aerosol and touch-up paints. These are in 3 types and at a very good price. I was able to accurately match US Coastguard Red on a model so very useful for those ‘hard to get’ colours.

Second time I've ordered from Stephen and the Team at Riolett, and second time I've been delighted with communications, speed of service and quality of the paints. Paints were delivered 2 days after receipt of order, can't really say fairer than that! I've found the Air Dry 2K enamels to be the best paint available to a 'non-professional' buyer. All in all I'm very happy to recommend Riolett without reservation!

I corroborate the bad reviews, and I had face-to-face contact at the company.
After giving the correct paint code for my car, the paint was too light. I complained in person and asked for a refund, and quoted the Consumer Rights Act. The refund was refused. Someone who may be a manager or director got aggressive and abusive. The statements in other reviews about poor customer service match my experience.

I've bought 2K paint from Riolettcustomaerosols over the last few years and I've always found their paint and colour matching service to be excellent. Their customer service has also been excellent and this includes their very fast delivery. I'll continue to use Riolett and highly recommended them to others A+++++

I have already left an accurate review about this company on google but it appears that they have taken my money, not supplied my paint (that I now no longer need) and now refused to refund my money as I have left an accurate review.
Avoid this company, they are unreliable.

High quality 2K paints, all RAL colours made fast and delivered fast. We get a great hard wearing finish on parts which is as close to powder coating as can be achieved from a can. Riolett are an important supplier for prototyping and production work.

Very poor service
After placing my order for a single colour and single top coat aerosol I had an email to say order received and to expect delivery within 3-4 days. 10 days later no delivery so I tried to call them... no response.. tried at different times for 2 days no response. Sent an email and had a reply to say they were behind with delivery but I would definitely receive my order the next day express delivery. 2 days later still no delivery!! Eventually went through PayPal to reclaim my payment over 3 weeks after placing the order, low and behold the delivery arrived. However the colour was wrong!!! Obviously another shade completely. !!! When I eventually got a response from Riolett they said send it back for a refund. This is not easy or cheap as courier costs for aerosols make it not worthwhile in terms of cost. All this time, effort and cost.
Eventually went to another company who provided an excellent service within days.
Wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering as many people had the same poor experience.

Not the most streamlined ordering process as there is no email confirmation on ordering, however, the response to my question about order progress a few days later through their call-back page was responded to quickly and helpfully. The order arrived quickly, the paint colour is a good match and seems to be good quality, and the cans it's supplied in are very easy to use. Over all, very pleased with the outcome.

After searching high and low for a specific colour effect everywhere, I came to Riolett, who had it as an option- great!
Once ordered, although the order confirmation wasn't emailed, it was provided at the time of ordering so screen capture if you need it for reference).
Despatch notification was emailed on Tuesday; arrived next day well wrapped and on testing, found the paint to be a perfect consistency and colour/effect match to the specific coding.
Very pleased with the service here and have bookmarked for future supply.

I bought £100 worth of paint and wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. For anyone wondering about their very similar websites, Riolett Custom Aerosols is the same as One Stop Aerosols, I ordered on the One Stop site.

I got no confirmation email and when I chased them up after the 7 days max stated delivery time, I was told a new order would be made up. It was never explained to me what that meant. Had my order been posted and lost? Had it never been made up in the first place? Maybe it fell down the back of the sofa? Who knows? In the end, total delivery time was 18 days. Bit annoyed but ok, I have the paints.

After carefully sealing up my preheated paint booth, I lay down the primers. Everything seems fine. I do a test spray of the colours, and my mind is blown at how wrong they are. The colours I ordered were at their most basic a yellow and a red, obviously carefully chosen. Together they are a beautiful colour combination, finely tuned, or whatever, anyway, I wanted those exact colours, or at least the closest I could get with paint.

The yellow? Nope. The yellow ordered was RAL 1023 Traffic Yellow and was supposed to be an orangey yellow, but I got a very lemony yellow. I wanted a muted, slightly darker yellow which RAL 1023 is, but the paint I got was closer to the kind of bright fluorescent yellows you find in sports clothing or high visibility safety gear. I test sprayed the yellow first and thought it was bad, but figured the job will look good in the end as long as the red is correct.

The red? Nope. The red ordered was Pantone 1787 and was supposed to be a slightly pinky red that has a nice vibrant pop, but not as bright as strawberry red. What did I get?… Burnt Orange. The kind of orange you would get if you literally burnt an orange. Then took the burnt orange and tried to feed it to a toddler, only to have the toddler throw up at the site of it, and lo and behold there is your orange for colour sampling dripping down your leg and spread all over the kitchen floor. Now I’m pretty irritated. I was trying to emulate the colour of the red Nintendo Switch Joycon which is in fact a neon red. When you look up the colour code, Pantone 1787 is what I found to be the closest. Fluorescent Fire Red from Montana Gold ended up being closer than the Pantone 1787 would have been as it is actually fluorescent, and I certainly wasn’t going to be using the burnt orange sick colour I got from One Stop.

Refund? Nope. Hopefully you won’t get to the stage of wanting a refund because you are reading this before buying, otherwise you are reading this because you have had a similar experience and are about to write a very similar review. Have fun! I tried to get a refund but the terrible customer service continued. I sent them images of the test sprays side by side with screen captures from their website, the colours were clearly wrong but they said it had to be against physical swatches as I could be lying. I used an inkjet printer to print the screen captures and sent an image of the physical print out next to the test sprays, the colours were even more clearly wrong. They said I had to return the paints so they could “test” them. I said ok and asked to be sent a postage label, but was told I had to pay postage myself. I argued that they should pay as the paints were very clearly wrong from the images, and my paints had taken 18 days to be delivered which had caused some stress and delayed the job. I told them I didn’t want new paints made up (not that they offered), I just wanted a refund, but they insisted I pay postage and they test them before deciding if I get a refund. In the end I yielded and tried to post the paints back to them, only to find that the post office wouldn’t post them as aerosols are not allowed. I couldn’t even find a courier that would take them, every website said aerosols were not allowed.

I can't help but feel that this is part of their business model. I can't get a refund for the paints, because they won't refund unless they test them, but nobody will courier them, so I can't post them for testing, so no refund for me. What's one more person writing a review online, eh? Who reviews custom mixed paint online before buying it anyway?

I have two paints that I don’t want and can’t return. No £20 refund. A job that has taken significantly longer than planned, and is still on going when it should be complete. The cherry on top is that my 2K clearcoat from them is still very soft after 4 weeks... and trust me I followed the instructions to properly inject the hardener. Something isn't right...

Don’t buy paint from these guys.

I had to buy 3 different off-the-shelf reds to find the right one, the cans are half the price, are delivered within a few days, and it's way less stress.

Looking for a metallic spray for a repair. Made the mistake of coming to Riolett.
Took my money straight away after a week no cans... tried calling different times of the day for three days no answer. Tried emailing no response then after a few days got an email saying sorry the cans would be with me the next day.. guess what..three days later still no delivery!!
Sent another email complaint through PayPal because that’s how I payed and low and behold the cans arrive a day later over three weeks after the initial order.
Thought OK I can at least get the car sprayed. Wrong..!! even though I had provided the correct code the colour was completely wrong. A total waste of time and money.
Yep I can apparently return the cans for a full refund. Trouble is it’s going to cost £17 to send them back which is half the original purchase price!!!
Wish I had looked here first.
If you want my advice Buyer beware and avoid.

So I was looking for a specific RAL colour and decided to order some from this company. After many hours of prepping work, time for a colour coat. Test spray, oh FFS, it's not even close to the colour I ordered after waiting 3 weeks for delivery.

Brought by harley to them for a colour match. I Was in and out of their paint shop within 10 minutes with a perfect match. Fast efficient service from the paint technician.
