I have recently contacted this company by finding them online. I was looking for a good supplier for my favourite fruit kumquat. I wanted to make sure these are good quality as sometimes,if you ever find them in UK, they are normally not firm or fresh. I was assured of the good quality. I ordered on Sunday and I had it delivered first thing in the morning on Monday which I was amazed. Then I was amazed with the quality ,freshness and firmness not to mention the way they were packed which was excellent. Now I know where to buy my fresh fruit from. Thank you.

I wish I could give ripe six stars! I had been looking for a gift and came across ripe. The bespoke selection of fruit to friends received rave reviews. Jason couldn't have been more helpful over WhatsApp. I only wish ripe were able to deliver to more areas around London. And I would be first in line if ever they opened here in Los Angeles. :-)

Living in the United States, my wife and I wanted to send a gift of fruit to my daughter and family in London. I researched online and found Ripe London. I read many very positive reviews. I was not disappointed! Communication was excellent, and Jason responded immediately to all my questions and concerns. I ordered a 30-piece box including grapes, berries and seasonal exotics (figs, dragon fruit, and passion fruit). Jason even wrote a note from us to include in the box. Delivery was on time, as promised. My daughter sent a photo and the fruit looked wonderful. Rave reviews for quality and taste - especially from our grandson! I highly recommend Ripe London, and they will be my go-to merchant for quality produce.

I have been the office manager for the company I work for for a little over year and took over working with Ripe as our weekly office fruit provider. I have never had one issue with Jason and the Ripe Team - not one! Jason is such a people's person and has always been super accomodating in terms of the office's needs. I definitely would recommend using Ripe.

They advertise different types of plums but when it comes to it, there is only 1 large variety at 50p each. Then they let you go through the whole order and input your payment details too only to tell you at the very end that they don't deliver to your postcode. How is that? They are in London and I'm in Croydon. Doesn't make any sense! Nowhere that I can see is a postcode confirmation requested any earlier. What a waste of my time spent on that and this! And there is NO search facility that I know of.

Ripe London was an enormous help in early lockdown. The produce was excellent & delivered on time. As an elderly customer there was slightly too much and delivery was very early for me. But I would certainly recommend Ripe London and I’m grateful for their help in a time of need. I wish them all the best with their regular business. Thank you.

Amazing quality, great delivery

My preferred choice for commuting between London and Oxford!

The fruit is very good but a bit expensive.

I stopped using the service because you cannot choose the delivery slot and they always came at 6.30 7 am !! Clearly the service is planned for offices, but for residential order they must give slots and in any case dont disturb people that early in the morning.

I loved their service. Very kind and fast response. Fruit box was lovely!

Fresh, seasonal and good quality.

I was very disappointed. I sent a large box of fresh fruits and Vegetables to friends during the lockdown for a particular skype cooking dinner, but it was delivered to the wrong flat (despite very specific information) and they didn’t find it for several days, by which time much of the fresh food was no longer good. The company did not give me any refund nor did they offer to replace any of the items or redeliver. On the day, they told me delivery had been successful.

Good mix of fresh fruit, delivered timely when requested. Very good value!

Fantastic fruit, delivered early in the morning, so I don’t have to wait for it. I email my order as I find it easier.

Delivery was spot on. Fruit and veg arrived beautiful. Pricy but worth the splurge
