Polite and helpful but no spares for over a year!

Polite and helpful. However, I have been waiting over a year for a fuselage for my Foam e Wots Wot. The plane is still being sold by (and it's expensive) but I'd suggest not a good buy it you can't get spares. They are hoping to get spares but have no idea when.

Bought Futaba all my life but not any…

Bought Futaba all my life but not any more as the company had run out of batteries for my T18MZ and simply ignored all my requests for a battery in email to their support. They had no batteries so never replied to any emails during that time. Current UK law states that when a manufacturer cannot supply and sell a replacement part within 10 years of manufacture of an item that they should buyback the unit. Eventually after around eight months batteries came available again and the Futaba service centre emailed me to say they were available. I will buy Radiomaster in future and never even buy a servo from Futaba.....they need to look after their customers.

No service support for customers

Have been trying to contact the Ripmax Futaba Service centre for a couple of weeks now. No replies to phone or emails, message box full. No reply from customer support number either. This is meant to be the main UK service and supplier of these radios. Next time I want a £2K plus radio it will not be Futaba from Ripmax UK because customer loyalty means nothing to this company and they will not help you.

Should manage their Suppliers better.

I bought an SFM Hawk glider - ARTF. The aircraft arrived with a tear in the Oracover at the wingtip, which in my view was done at the factory. In addition, the rear fuselage is a bit twisted and because its glued balsa and ply I can't fix it. So, can't rely on the fuselage to provide a reference for the alignment of the wing and tail which will have to be aligned without reference to the fuselage. Yes, I can solve the problem but this is not one of the problems I signed up for.
Also, can the instructions please be rewritten by someone with English as a first language!
