My company and i were reported by this sick lady in australia and she has no basis for her claims whatsoever. Empty lies without any proof. And this site Ripoff Report published her jargon without any proof and have no problem in playing with our reputation. Before they ever got online with their bogus Ripoff Report i was contacted by a reputation manager that was offering to fix the problem before it even coming online. This smells of a con from a mile away. These people need to get dealt with.

It seems like if a liberal who runs a business gets complains about their operations they want to attack the victim as being a liar , or just want to defame them. Look at all of the democrat politicians who if that was the case they all would be in prison .

We had a bad experience at this store and with the owner.
We first placed an order online and our inquiry was confirmed for the following weekend. We needed the balloons ready for our twins birthday at 9 am to surprise them. We got a confirmation from the store and proceeded to the payment.
The day of the delivery, we waited until 11am to get a reply by text, telling us she is late and could only be there after 12. Unfortunately, that time didn't work for us as our guests have already arrived to the event...
We ended up with no balloons for our kids.

I broke the tip end of my Grey's rod, remember they profess to have a lifetime guarantee, 4 months ago and took it in to purchase a replacement.
I know Rowan, the person I took the rod to in Sandton has tried constantly, however he is also treated with disdain.
I am still waiting. I have tried contacting them in London with a decided lack of success, they simply ignore you.
What a despicable company to attempt to deal with.
The other rod I broke at the same time was sorted out within 3 weeks.

Ripoff Report publishes plenty of uncorroborated, fake, extremely negative posts and then asks the defamed people to pay thousands of dollars in order to "repair their reputation". After the payment, Ed Magedson edits the fake review, saying you are a "trusted business". On the other hand, if you don't pay, the site will add more fake negative reviews. Thank goodness Google removed this fraudulent website from its organic results. In any case, you'd better stay away from this scam.

We had a review written by somebody Who lost a case in court, saying we are scamming people. We honoured our contract to the letter, but they expected things that’s were not in the contract. We declined their request, they litigated, lost and we were awarded full costs. They lost their deposit due to their own stupidity ( taking us to court). Yet we are scammers according to ROR! Now we get emails trying to get us to pay to remove the review. Extortion new age.

Mighty Deals and Discounts. How can this firm be allowed to get away with so many complaints against them. I ordered two items(not expensive) in January 2020. Still not arrived in April 2020! E-mails phone calls a massive dossier, for what? One coat and one knitted female coat. Now I learn as time goes on about dozens in my situation. When companies act like this it puts you off using the internet. Trading Standards, you have the info, Where are you. Thank you.... the fight goes on.

Rachel gives out FAKE READINGS on her lives & forever gets you to like, share & invite! Spiritual groups DO NOT ALLOW people to share on there group pages as they get BANNED. They BOTH PRETEND to be LEGIT & PROPER PSYCHICS when in reality they aint! They have been SCAMMING PEOPLE for 10 years and can't understand how they ain't in lock up. Alot of people have been hurt, harrassed, try to commit suicide by these people who are feral. They even pick on children with disability, cyber bullying, put your home address on social media for everyone to see as it's public, if you have a mental issue & many other things! My personal experience from Alotta Pajs online boutique wasn't so great! I would only receive half of an order and it would not be even close to the picture they advertised! It was a struggle to get paid weekly as promised and excuse after excuse. Begging for money you earned is never a good sign. I was also asked by the owner to do a website sweep to help her remove copyrighted items bc she didn't have permission to sale i assume.. Ive been waiting on orders since November when the website says 12-20 days.. Not a good experience at all. I had heard rumors but was willing to learn for myself and i did just that! Currently her website is down is the reason shes giving for people not receiving items..

This business is handled by a rude person and has a very bad reputation. This employer is not processing the salary of his employee, so how much more attending to customer's needs and orders????

Ripoff Report is a great resource! Like all resources, say a library, you must exercise a decent amount of intelligence in sorting the relevant from the irrelevant, interpreting what has been written, etc. You must also think about statistics: does one ripoff report on a business have any predictive value regarding that business' practices? Almost certainly not.

Still, you should ask the owner or staff about it. If they go into a temper tantrum, even if the report was false, do you still want to deal with them? A smart business will say ROR has been around for nearly 20 years and we have one report, we think that's an excellent record.

However, a smarter business will answer each and every ROR about it. As above, if they are all upset or blame their competitors for the report (even if true), they, at a minimum, lack some maturity. A smarter business will work to address the issue. When resolved, either the business or the complainant can so state on ROR.

If it is a competitor or malcontent, a smarter business will offer a full refund (or redo). A few months later, if they wish, they can report that no one has taken them up on their offer -- which speaks for itself that the person must not have really been unhappy.

Even if they only have one report, a business that answers complaints in a substantial manner and doesn't blame everybody else for their service issues, is probably a great place to do business. ROR provides guidance as to which businesses are addressing customer service issues, which are inevitable in every business. That's the resource it provides. It's up to you to use some brain power to evaluate what's on the site.

Whenever I'm a little leery about a company, I check ripoffreport first. It's a good website for skeptical consumers, but not so good for shady businesses. They do give business owners a chance to rebuttal, but they never remove the negative report.

Ripoffreport has NO control about what is beeing posted and refuse to remove 100% inaccurate slander that is harming our company. A comment made by an anonymous person about our company from a country where we've never even conducted business appeared on ripoffreport and after that a "SEO company" offered their services to remove such a listing for a hefty fee. This is the new age extortion methods going on thanks to ripoffreport having NO rules about truthfulness in comments etc which means that basically anyone can post anything about you or your company. Such a site should be ILLEGAL to operate since it harms legit businesses such as ours

Also we filed a REBUTTAL +48h ago but its not even seen on the website.

There reviews are coming from other websites trying to give their ravels a bad name.
