i ordered a product august 24,2019,,order #24381..today's date is october 9,2019...have sent numerous e-mail to contact them..have not heard from the company..paid 34.95 for the product thru my bank credit card...this is a scam company isn't it???
I just received my studio box that I paid $79 and it’s a complete piece of junk. It’s suppose to assemble with magnets, and there are no magnets, instead there are snaps which are impossible to use, and only on one side so the box cannot be assembled at all. I emailed them and waiting to hear back. Will do another review, but at this point I say stay away from this company. If I don’t get a full refund including shipping, I will then post again.
I received a damaged studio Lightbox in November 2018. The first suggestion from this company was that I purchase some long nosed pliers and fix the damaged connector myself. I told them this was an absolutely ridiculous suggestion and I would need a replacement. With no replacement and further ridiculous suggestions that I spend more of my own money to make the faulty product work, I asked for a refund. However, the company are only willing to refund 65% of the value despite the fact that the item is unusable due to the damage it arrived with. The other alternative is that I can send it back but I will have to shoulder the shipping costs from the UK to China. Again, I do not see why I should have to spend more money due to their mistake.
After literally repeating myself over around 30 emails, I have now given up and asked for a 65% refund.
These people are ridiculous and an absolute nightmare to deal with.
