I rang today for the third time. I ordered on the 5Sep and still not received. When I said they should send another as it has obviously got lost they refused. I am now contacting my credit account to cancel the payment.

I was about to place an order online but on further research and reading reviews, I found the address on their website (16 Cooden Sea Road, Little Common, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN39 4SJ), which was addressed to Edwards Barry M to be permanently closed in Google maps?! I hope they can clarify this issue?

If I can then I give no stars. 1 of May I ordered ink cartridges.4 of May they sent some proof on my email about the order without order number or order tracking. 11 of May still don't have the order. I phoned them,conversation was very rood,they didn't allow to even ask a question. Women on the phone said,on friday 8 of may was Bank holiday,that is what I been told to tell everyone. Then she gave phone another person and he said to wait for couple days for the delivery.Asked for refund the answer was - NO,NO,NO that is what I am telling you,we don't do the refund,just wait and just hung up.Seems like order is coming from China.
So no cartridge,no money. Don't trust them,avoid it. Also they said they have 3 ink shops together with different names. Be aware.

Avoid. Ordered Epson X45 replacement inks after calling Rite Inks to ensure substitute inks could be used in this printer. They advised that provided the printed instructions were followed I would have no problem. Unfortunately all efforts to install are met with 'Unrecognised' and therefore full credit was requested and refused as I declared that the package had been opened and I had disposed of the postage wrapping.
A prior unsuccessful attempt to install replacement inks supplied by Cartridge People was met with unreserved apology and immediate full non return credit.

I ordered two multipacks of ink cartridges. I will try not to waffle on too much:

After a week and no items I called them. They said wait another week. So I did. Still nothing. I called them again and again to be told on the phone to call back on another day and speak to someone else who could deal with it. This same scenario went on for over a month. No items in the post and no one willing to deal with it. The last man I spoke to (which I think was the same man every time anyway) basically suggested I was a liar and that I probably HAD received the inks. Would I seriously bother with all the hastle for £15, err........no
Glad I paid by paypal, I opened a case with them and got a refund from the company. What a nightmare and waste of time and effort. Do yourself a favour and buy from someone trusted.
