Customer uncentric tour operators

If you expect that you can have a hastle free holiday, then please avoid this company.
1. Zero customer care
2. Cabs are outsourced from a third party. Very old, dirty and impolite driver who kept speaking on phone most time with one hand drive at 120 kmph
3. The company has a chalta Hai attitude. No botheration or actions after reporting the driver for traffic violation and when he did not stop as asked by traffic police at Coorg. The chief of ops told me that the driver is a local guy and he will take care.
