Excellent fruit, salad & vegetables & stays fresh so much longer than any I have bought in supermarkets. You can certainly taste the difference as it is organic. Excellent delivery service too. Easy & good communication to customers. Also very reliable.

Wonderfully fresh food delivery to my door by a friendly and helpful driver. Loads of choice at point of ordering with the chance to change my order if I need to. I tried the surprise bag which was really good value and excellent to receive items I hadn’t thought about getting but will add a lovely twist to my weeks menu. I will definitely try it again. Oh and being able to order as much or as little particularly works well for my small household. And of course NO PLASTIC which is the icing on the cake for me!

Veg and fruit are good quality. Box contents provide for nutritious and tasty meals all week. It’s easy to select the best option and add extra items where needed. Importantly, all items organic.

Delivery times great. All items in compostable bags or tubs, no plastic. The app allows you to amend your order (haven't tried it yet) and the produce is fresh, varied and great quality.

Well-packed goods; fruit and veg are good quality and tasty; doughnut peaches small - perfect for small children and a fruity snack for me - but delicious and keep well; ethical packaging; can return packaging to them; the boxes fold well and, importantly, fit inside both their big sturdy paper bag and the cooling bag - this makes a compact easy-to-store packaging collection for return the next delivery day; delivery went to the wrong house once - we got theirs and they got ours; a cabbage was a bit wilted once, but only the very outside leaves which made a good wrapping for the cut cabbage in the fridge, which was handy; one thing did not arrive once; friendly people; customer service good.

The food is great, reasonably priced and always tastes good. The delivery drivers always go out of their way to make sure my delivery is safe/out of the way of the main street. Love Riverford :)

I've ordered from Riverford a few times now and every time the quality of the fruit and veg has been brilliant. Ordering is easy and the delivery is always smooth. I especially love that they usually have fruit and veg that I can't get from the supermarkets and it's always clear where the produce has come from.

Love this service, the food quality and range is fantastic and the communication, organisation and responsiveness is brilliant. So happy to have found you Riverford!

The vegetables are always fresh but unfortunately due to the excessive heatwave that we are having at this time the bunch of carrots don't t last long every thing else does.Their vegetable last longer than supermarkets vegetables and taste like homegrown .

We've had a few boxes delivered now, everything is packed separately, the free recipe book was great as it helped me to decide what to do with some of the veg in my box. Its good too that you can pause your deliveries and there's a big choice of different boxes to tempt you. All in all I'd say we are pleased with Riverford.

Easy to alter order and good reminders in plenty of time.
