I wouldn't trust this company
I am honestly speechless about this company. I bought a lamp from them worth 199 euros. Ironically I didn't unpack the lamp after it arrived because it wasn't going up yet and I wanted to keep it safe in the box since it is often difficult to repack it once opened. Then two months later when I wanted to put them up I realised that it was broken. I contacted them and they initially offered me 20 euros voucher for their website - for a lamp that is unusable! Reason being that the return date had expired (which I get in circumstances if the lamp had been unpacked but it was still in the original wrapping and in the box it arrived in). Since we didn't think this was fair we called the company and talked with a staff member who, after speaking with a manager, promised to send us a new one because it was obvious that the lamp arrived broken since it was still unpacked and in all the wrapping. However, we never received a confirmation about the new delivery and after inquiring several times with extremely rude representatives they withdrew the offer to send us a new lamp! So I am held responsible with a loss for a lamp that arrived broken and was therefore on their responsibility.
The other time I ordered from them online they sold me products that weren't on stock and I didn't even receive an apology from them.
After furnishing an entire apartment and dealing with many different furnishing companies, I have never experienced such lack of customer service and terrible attitude. This used to be my favorite decor/furniture shop and I dreamt about furnishing my place solely from this brand. Needless to say I don't want to buy any other product from them. I was just about to purchase my dream carpet for around 1,000 euros but I don't trust this company at all. If you have problems with the product you receive you are in big trouble because they don't accept any responsibility.
I almost think they don't want customers. At least not long-term customers.
