Gareth at RMNJ was fantastic throughout our property sale and purchase. Calm, professional, and thorough, he communicated clearly and handled enquiries promptly and confidently. if speed is important choose someone else.
Calls go un-returned, emails go un-answered, at times it felt like they were completing one step per week, recieve an enquiry on monday then not passing it on until late on friday afternoon.
In the end, we had us a conveyance, but just as in the green mile execution scene, it was not pretty.

Sue and the team were brilliant in helping us change the deeds on our house to add my partner. Can’t thank them enough for a smooth, easy and stress free process. The price was also very competitive as well and being a local solicitor to me helped as well.

I recently instructed RMNJ Solicitors for a concurrent sale and purchase, and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing.
Key Issues:
• Misleading Information: During my initial consultation, I was explicitly told that no fees would be payable until the sale of the house was finalized. However, this was not the case; as soon as I registered, I was repeatedly asked for upfront payments for various costs.
• Lack of Transparency: When my buyers pulled out, the firm requested an additional £150. Furthermore, when the property I was intending to purchase was sold to another party, the firm demanded even more money despite the transactions falling through.
• Poor Communication & Conduct: My interactions with the staff were consistently unpleasant. I found the representatives I spoke with to be rude and dismissive, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.
Final Verdict:
I felt that the firm's primary focus was on collecting fees rather than providing the professional support promised. Based on the misleading information regarding costs and the unprofessional attitude of the staff, I cannot recommend their services.

Disaapointing experience, They have only best agents for marketing. once you are traped into this company you will become unhappy on there new rules.

I used this company for my
Conveyancing a number of years back and they were hands down the best company. They were on hand and you felt assured they were working on your file. I recently instructed them on a purchase of a single property and their new system is very disappointing. During the whole process I didn't speak to a single person and it seems they work on your file once a week, I would get a weekly email 5.30pm on a Friday. You are told not to call and emails take days to be responded to. To the point when the sale
fell through I new a week earlier from the estate agent before being told by RMNJ. I wouldn't recommend them to others again after this experience.

Dire… no response for three weeks after memorandum of sale was issued. Repeatedly failed to answer emails. Finally got a response after another firm were instructed.

Don’t waste your time.

Leigh Irlam was amazingly helpful in a very stressful situation. She is a credit to her profession and was an invaluable advocate during a time when things felt very unsure and frustrating. I hope I never require her services again but she certainly deserves a raise!

This firm were fabulous and made every effort to ensure that the stressful experience of buying and selling went as smoothly as possible. My wife and I are 73 and wished to downsize and move area, we had a house to sell as well as the purchase. We had no idea who to appoint but a family member recommended RMNJ and Claire Gustafson and her team took on our case. From the onset they were very prompt, proactive, helpful and extremely professional. We knew that they were constantly working on our behalf to ensure that we got full information and gave regular and helpful advice. We were akways kept informed regarding progress and I was frequently surprised just how quickly they responded to us. The whole process of buying/selling was - for me at least - a very stressful experience but RMNJ were brilliant at helping us navigate this potential minefield and I have no doubt that they were instrumental in securing both a successful sale and purchase. I asked a quote through a website and since then they are calling or emailing every other day. Literally spamming me.

Gave me false information about my case even when I was instant and the outher side changed statement under oath no Mencken of this in misrepresentation libel statement off them because of this lie my life has been effected by such lies even trying to get instant family evicted from their home because they gave me rong information even took evidence out of final judgement have all paperwork

RMNY were fantastic. We are based in Bristol and Claire Gustafson and her team were really on the ball. They attended to our second home sale and also helped us navigate a tricky ground rent cancellation. They also attended to ownership transfers. We would not hesitate to engage their services again. You need to be computer literate as a lot of the communication is via email and uploading docs etc which really suited how we work. Excellent communication

I've used this company for nearly 2 years now mainly leigh and she has always gone above and beyond. I never had any problems with them. But I think for leigh especially should get some sort of reward or recommendations or promotions as she has nothing but been a brilliant solicitor to me over the past couple years. I have had other solicitors but I would say leigh is one of the best. To further to add to my edit, as stubborn as I can be leigh knows how to work her magic and (most of the time) can manage to persuade me. So your never allowed to get rid of her 🥰

Got there in the end. Yes had to chase and moan but don’t forget there are two sets of solicitors dealing with a conceyancing contract. In reality did not pay a fortune for the work and my expectations were met

Poor after sales on conveyancing, had an a question for the solicitor
did not bother replying to e mails, fobbed off when telephone. Probably because bill already paid.

Sue Forsyth dealt with this on my behalf and was extremely professional, keeping me up to date and more importantly ensuring the matter completed on time.
