Great windows and service. Pleasant to deal with and trustworthy comany. An XL double pane glass failed after a year and they replaced it for free without issue. Have used them for replacement of several residential windows. The chaulking job on basement windows (wood frame) was not thick enough, so they leaked when rain season hit, hoemwever I have rechalked them. So i suggest asking for a thicker bead of chaulking on install.
