I’ve never dealt with a company as unprofessional and shady as this one. I placed multiple orders, expecting "immediate shipping with tracking numbers" as advertised. Guess what? No tracking numbers. No updates. NOTHING.

It’s been over TWO WEEKS, and these crooks have completely ghosted me. Phone lines? Dead. Emails? Ignored. It’s like they’ve taken my money and vanished. This is beyond frustrating and feels like an outright scam.

I’m an inch away from reporting them to Trading Standards, and if you value your time, money, and sanity, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. They're clearly not interested in providing any kind of service or product. Total disgrace!

Decent coffee but the owner unfortunately needs to be far more honest. The site suggests the coffee is freshly roasted, after a previous instance of what I consider old coffee I contacted the owner directly and was given a list of coffee beans that in his words were roasted to order. The website also says these specific coffees are roasted to order so I ordered one. The coffee I received had a roast date of the 1st of March, about 24 days before my order date. Not telling the truth is simply unacceptable.
