We went to RD to make sure we do not get products that may be sent back or shows a defect etc but when we opened the original packaging was torn showing it had been opened at some time. This might be the last time we use the account.

Delivery unsatisfactory by evri. Time stated not adhered to. Badly damaged packaging. Luckily only slight damage to goods certainly not worth hassle of returning and having same problem.

The person who delivered the parcel sent a message saying that because I was not in, the parcel was left in my porch. I don’t have a porch. The parcel was left outside in an area where water comes out of the drainpipe. If I’d have been in the bath when the parcel was delivered, the parcel would be soaked before I saw it.

I purchased recently stand mixer “Salter” and absolutely delighted at the quality and results as I couldn’t whip egg whites to a desired consistency with the hand mixer I had. Now my meringue cakes are just what they need to be! Very happy with this tool.

Easy to order great delivery on time as stated

The staff in Robert Dyas are very friendly. It is worth getting the loyalty card as I received a cash discount from my purchase accumulated through previous purchases. And I only got that because the staff kindly checked if I had the loyalty card. Also I left my phone behind and they put it in the safe for me. They asked me to unlock the phone to confirm the phone was mine. Excellent kind service from start to finish. Last time I was there it was to photocopy and the patience of the staff was generous. Thank you!!
