Throughout are visit we were treated with courtesy and professionalism. The teams product knowledge was excellent..

I waited almost 8 months for my ring to be made . The first ring they gave me was not what I ordered ( a solitaire with small stones on each side down the band ) I ordered a three stone with small stones down the band . I so they had to remake it . I had given them sentimental diamonds , bar one that they supplied . Then had to wait until after Christmas and end of January 2025 , as the workshop closed. Once I got it , it was catching on everything , so we took it back .My husband would not let me back to the store as I was quite unhappy. When he went to collect it they all TESTED it etc . However it is still the same as before, it is sharpish and catches on everything , still . But here is the biggest gripe I have , Laura said that they had decided that I could not ever take it back . Considering I had only taken it back that once and I had waited for such a long period , I find it an insult. My husband will be upset that I have written this review. But I feel that we were treated with disrespect as I was not rude to them . The only thing I felt was they took the sparkle out of my engagement ring with their attitude. I would NOT recommend them . I guarantee I would not be complaining if this was not valid . Lesley L

Kya (Abingdon store) was so helpful. I visited briefly on one occasion to discuss what I was looking for.
She then arranged for 6 rings I was interested in seeing being available for me to try on during an appointment. She was exceedingly patient and helped me make a decision and I have now purchased the most beautiful diamond trilogy ring which I am truly delighted with

I was looking to purchase a quality watch and had seen the watch I wanted on there web site I had concerns with the wrist size and the delivery. I contacted the Windsor dealership and spoke to the assistant all my concerns were dealt with and was helped with placing my order . I received my watch three days later it was delivered along with the tracking information. I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at Windsor store.

We had a delightful visit to the Windsor store a few days ago and have to say what a pleasure it was dealing with both Leon and Dan. They were both knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful with our purchase. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a beautiful Rolex. Had a complimentary glass of champagne as well which went down well! Will send you pics of the new baby soon.

At the Ipswich branch of Robert Gatward all of the staff are very friendly, happy, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Archie deserves a special mention. They help you discover the right time-piece in no hurry. They have been equally helpful over the phone or on emails. If ordering online the items arrive to your home, very well packaged the next day by Royal Mail special delivery. Excellent company all round!!!

Robert Gatward offer premium brands , their staff are very knowledgable , helpful and friendly. Paul in the Windsor branch was great, I was after a Rolex and he set my expectations clearly without making any promises about delivery dates (as we all know Rolex watches are not the easiest to purchase!). Thoroughly recommend RG, my own experience relates to watch purchases but I am sure the service you will receive for other jewellery items will be the same.

After another visit to Robert Gatward in Ipswich. I would like to thank Lee, Archie and the team for another wonderful experience on purchasing another time piece to add to my growing collection. It's always a very pleasurably & enjoyable event, which i highly recommend. Thanks again, I'll be back.
