Smooth recruitment process

I recently used RB to recruit two key positions within my organization. My contract manager was professional and attentive to my needs and sent through a good selection of CV's for me to review. He followed up regularly and I did not have to chase him. Happy to say that our vacancies have been filled .

My experience applying (successfully) for my new job was really easy. Emma Fuller kept me informed the whole way, had lots of helpful tips for the interview and seemed genuinely interested in my career - where I had been and what I wanted from a new job.

She coached me through the interview and was really flexible despite the fact I was away on holiday for a lot of the process.

She got me a great deal on the salary at the end, too. I can't recommend enough.
