Amazing customer service. Sent a radio that had died back to them on their standard service arrangement and had a fully working and prestine radio returned. Roberts are one of the few electronics companies that welcome you to have your product repaired rather than throw it away. Amazing service from a British company who really cares about their customers.
I've used Roberts radios for years and never had any problems with them. When one item recently went faulty after it was about 6 years old I thought I might have to buy a new one, but sent it back to Roberts who sorted it for about a quarter of the price of buying a new one and guaranteed the repair. The whole process from me sending it off to getting it back was only about a week and I was kept informed of progress throughout. Well done Roberts.
