Robinsonsdevelopments 

Like the other reviews here we were offered some office chairs (Herman Miller Aerons) at a fantastic price. We were sceptical to start with but after calling the company and speaking to them on the phone it did seem legitimate, they had a professional website and Linked-in, twitter page etc. They even said we could collect if we wanted. From speaking to them a little more a few things did not add up and their finance director changed his story on delivery a few times. Luckily I read the reports on here before sending any money, and I must thank the other reviewers for their help.

I would warn anyone that this is a well put together operation, both the company and the offer look very legitimate at first, but the company should not be trusted. I think you would end up sending £2000 and have nothing to show for it, and as the figure it not astronomical, it would cost you as much in court fees to get it back.

We were also a victim of the same scam. This company is operating a scam by offering unwanted surplus furniture which once you have paid the goods never arrive and the phone numbers on the site switch to an answering machine and emails will never be returned. Do not part with any cash or believe anything they offer as its very convincing.

Robinsons DeveIopments or Robinsons Durham Ltd.

I tried buying some furniture from these people but the items never arrived!! I tried to get in contact with these people but there phones never connected. We contacted them via e-mail and they never returned any of our messages. We contacted a local firm on there street and they told us that Robinsons developments doesn't exist.

Please don't confuse these people with Robinsons estate agents or surveyors as they are credible companies
