The company has fail to provide any sort of invoice and has completely ignore all possibility of contact from the customers. With no invoice, I cannot seem to claim from my insurance as they require it. Please do not deal with any payment up front without a proper bill or invoice

We are relatively recent arrivals in the area and, I must confess, unaware of the company. The manner of introduction was bizarre. I wished to purchase a specific soundbar system. I searched that company’s website and was directed to Robinsons. They, in fact, didn’t stock the particular system but provided a superior model and installed it at the price quoted for the inferior system. Whilst I probably could, at the risk to blood pressure and marriage, have installed it myself their engineer went above and beyond. I can’t recommend them too highly.

We have had a holiday cottage in Lindale for 20 years.We have always bought locally and found Robinsons Electrical in Grange both friendly and professional.

Exceptional service from the two gentlemen who came to fit an integrated fridge/freezer in our static caravan. The job wasn't as straightforward as it should have been but they persevered and did an excellent job. Very competitive on purchase and installation price so would highly recommend based on my personal experience. Thank you Robinsons!

Excellent service installing a new TV for us and sorting out the problem with our aerial, we didn’t need a new one which was good, just replacement parts as it was full of water and dripping. Mike and Graham were very friendly and helpful. Graham sorted the aerial and Mike the TV set up and instructions.
Really pleased with the work they did and their attitude.
No hesitation in recommending them to everyone.

Excellent assistance with selecting a TV for our needs but what stood out was the installation service: This included not only fitting the TV to the wall but hiding the cables in the studied wall, including power, aerial and a wired network cable. All in all a top rate service

Graham & Mike fitted an integrated dishwasher we had ordered via Euronics.
Arrived on time, when they said they would, and did a great job in installing the machine and putting the cabinet door on. Took the old machine away, and left the kitchen clean & tidy.
Still too early to tell how good the machine performs, but if it's anything like Robinsons' service, it'll be first class!

This was our first experience as a customer of Robinsons Electric and I have to say we were greatly impressed with the service. Courteous, helpful, totally professional and skilled.....it made our switch to a bigger TV screen so easy and a pleasure. Well done to all involved in this rather special family concern. A great asset to Lancaster and Kendal.

It was a TV fault that was fixed in a speedy and very efficient way.

Enquired recently about Commercial TVs for our accommodation business. Phil was extremely helpful and, even though he couldn't supply to us as we were way outside the delivery area (Somerset!), he gave up a lot of time on the phone to advise what TVs we would be best sourcing even though it was of no direct benefit to him or his company. We ended up taking his advice and purchasing said TVs locally. People of Lancashire & Cumbria - you are very lucky to have such a firm as Robinsons Electric available to you!

Phoned to get a 65 Panasonic Oled fixed on my wall , great customer service from Phil with discussing with me what I wanted exactly ,and arranging an appointment as I work nights. Phil's son fitted the TV , very neat and professional job ,hiding all the cabling which I didn't think would of been possible. Also then went on to optimise the TV settings so I got the best possible picture.Very reasonable price for fitting which had been agreed prior with Phil .Thanks ,great job and will definately use Robinson's Electric again in the future .

Great service and friendly staff. Has a problem with the equipment not set up in factory settings as they thought so it would program correctly for me. They can straight over to site to correct the issue.

We've just purchased a Panasonic TV and stand from Robinsons Lancaster. Phil took the time to show us the different options available and quoted a very competitive price. The set was delivered promptly at an agreed time by Phil's son, who also works in the business. He set the TV up and explained the features in detail. There was no extra cost for delivery or set up. We're so glad we decided to buy locally. The TV is brilliant and the personal service first class.

My new washing machine arrived on time, delivered by two very knowledgeable, professional men. My machine works perfectly. Service at the shop in Kendal could not have been better. I no longer dread my appliances dying on me ... there is a local shop that will replace them, at a price the internet could not beat ... and with a smile. Excellent service on every front.

I sorry I can't remember the gentleman name, but he was excellent very patient with us explain how the radio we bought in very fine detail we both said my wife and l we could not I ask for more, a credit to your company.
