Ordering process is terrible was trying to order for a delivery to a different address and the website managed to combine both my address and the recipient address together.
When I contacted the Roc Amadeus the submission page said Fake Company at Fake Address... Not confidence inspiring.
Having spent 480 euros I received no information as to where the order was and following up was told the device would be dispatched on the 23rd of September but now on the 5th of October I'm being told by Stefane that dispatch will be on the 13th of October.
I've told him to cancel the order and refund as they're basically lying.
In a world where you can get bamboo toilet paper next day with full visibility of the order, these clowns are really letting the side down.
