Great customer support from Haley gave me all the info I needed.

Xtremely disorganised. Had a confirmed test appointment for a 2.5  year old toddler, yet we had to wait almost 2 hours for the test to be carried out!!.  We also had to wait with at least 50+ others in a POORLY ventilated (and sized) room, social distancing did not exist. The irony here is if we didn't have covid going in we may very well have caught it in there!. Based on my experience I would strongly recommend  another test centre other than this one (RocDoc, Cork airport. 27th Dec) . Disgraceful and the HSE should consider alternative suppliers. The limited staff were apologetic to be fair but equally out of their debth. On leaving, the Que into the test centre was as at least 10 times longer than it was entering,  so I can only image how long it took folk to get tested, all the time being exposed to potentially higher levels of risk of catching covid. A DISGRACE!!!

This was my first time booking a PCR for my special needs brother. I ran into a bit of difficulty but Ella came to the rescue. I want to thank her so much she really took the stress out of it for me. Thanks again Ella!

Just to follow on with my experience, today we went to Cork Airport for the pcr test, arrived on time, we queued for an hour and a half as there was only one technician to do PCR testing and transferring of specimens to the lab. To top it all he had issues with the Wi-Fi on his tablet which led to more delays. I overheard a conversation behind me, this woman with 3 small kids started queuing at around 2.45 obviously for a one hour result, as she was getting a flight at 5.20 to Manchester, she was taking the kids to see there dad. By 3.45 she was still over half an hour away from actually having her PCR. She left with the kids as she wouldn't have the result back on time. Them poor kids!
Following on again, my brother's PCR result took over 24 hours to return, I made an official complaint and I was given a refund. Emma in customer service was very helpful. The end!
