Ordered a bracelet and necklace

Ordered a bracelet and necklace, when the bracelet came in it was misspelled, don't know how it made it past quality control to even get shipped out to me. But when tried to contact an email had no response. And they stay on the receipt that I am responsible for postage to return and get one that hopefully is spelled correctly.
