Very pleased with the quality of the plants, speed of delivery and customer service. I love the little grow guide/recipe booklet and I like the plastic free packaging. I couldn't ask for more.

No plants have been delivered athough `i orfered them a few weeks ago. Today I have received a partial refund, no idea why, I have not requested a refund. I want my plants!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! IF YOU WANT HEALTHY PLANTS. THEIR PLANTS ARE OF A DREADFUL QUALITY, PLUG SIZES, ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, TOO SMALL, TOO JUVENILE & WEAK TO BE SENT OUT, AND ARRIVE SO DAMAGED THEY CANT BE SAVED.
THIS IS DUE TO EXTREME LACK OF PROTECTIVE PACKAGING.

It’s now 10 days since they dispatched my plants. Royal Mail still waiting to receive them. No response from customer services.

I ordered some plants from Rocket Gardens, they got lost in the post. I was refunded.
Thinking it was a one off I ordered again, stipulating when I was on holiday. They hadn’t arrived. I emailed saying I’d not received them again. They apologised and said they’d send them again. I said I’ll have a refund as I’m on holiday. I got no response and they’ve dispatched them again! All in all a really poor experience with them.

Hi All, I have given Rocket Gardens a 5 star for my first order as they have delivered quality plants, excellent price and my plants are thriving in planting space. I bought the mini veg patch and got a free flower gift. I am fed up of trying to grow seeds. I have hundreds of seed packets ,some unopened as I miss planting date or fell out of love with variety for another new more wonderful. So giving this method a grow. I am growing on an allotment plus front garden trough, of course I will take full credit and now able to compete with all the marvelous growers on site. Will they be surprised come next year when I up my game.

I ordered some plants online and they arrived in perfect condition and were so beautifully packaged.
I will definitely use their services again next time I need to order plants online.

My plants arrived promptly, beautifully packaged in a plastic free parcel. Everything was in tip top condition and hadn't moved around in transit, there was no damage at all and all the plants looked extremely healthy.
I've used Rocket Gardens before and will continue to do so for their quality and reliability.

I’ve been growing vegetables for a few years now and have purchased seedlings from nurseries and online, and have often been disappointed both with variety and quality, This is the first time I’ve used Rocket Gardens and have been really impressed by their products. The plants were dispatched quickly, arrived in good shape and have really thrived in the garden (so much so I placed a second order for different vegetables and herbs). They also provide an excellent seasonal growing guide for free. Highly recommended.

I have had medical issues this year that put me on the back foot on my allotment. Rocket Gardens was a shot to nothing just to give me some vegetables this year. What a great experience. Great choice, great service, great plug plants and more, more, more (quantity) than I could have wished for. I am just about to buy some more. Many thanks.

This is the first time that I have purchased vegetable plug plants. They arrived within the given time and were carefully packed and in good condition. The best thing in the box was the Plant Catalogue, Growing Guide and Recipe Book! It is full of useful info especially for beginner gardeners and it is beautifully illustrated. The company is an organic grower and has lots of ideas to keep your plot up and growing. I have requested and been given some spare copies of the catalogue to give to beginners on an allotment site. This is very generous of the company and much appreciated. I shall certainly be ordering plug plants in the future as I think that they are good value.

first time we have used rocket gardens we ordered celery plants ,and leek plants the packaging was exellent plants arrived fresh can not speak highly enough of them next year i will buy all my plants from them packed with such care you will not be dissappointed trgsrds henry

I ordered for the first time a little while ago. I had an email saying they had been despatched but had no further updates on delivery. Came home one day and they were on the doorstep . A few of the plants had suffered in transit so I emailed and had a lovely person called Sas reply. They had used Royal Mail and had a few problems with them. Sas arranged replacements and I had full tracking details. Lovely customer service ! I also had a brochure and the beautiful postcards. I have recommended this company to several friends

This was my first time using Rocket Gardens and I was not disappointed.
Jess in the customer services team responded quickly and helpfully to my question and my plug plants arrived as quickly as I could have hoped for.
I was kept well informed at each stage of the ordering and delivery process and the plants arrived well packaged and were in good shape for planting out.

E mailed to Aston for help with an order. He helped with an order where a correction was needed as had not entered the voucher correctly. Aston was very quick and put this right and replied so did not have to worry.

Beautifully packed very healthy plants arrived. It was a pleasure to receive them. You have to unpack them right away and let them breath and a little water. But its great buying plants from Rocket Gardens. This is my 3rd or 4th purchase

This is the first time I’ve used this company and I’m quite pleased with them. My pea plants arrived quickly and mostly in good condition - just a couple not so great. The packaging was secure and well labelled. Would use again.
