Misleading offer.
Advertising 10% off with first order so signed up with email address to get a code. However at checkout the code wasn’t valid for my purchase. I made the purchase anyway but won’t be a returning customer.
Bit of a con with advertising.

1st time ordering from RSG and they have lovely things!
From ordering to paying and delivery everything was so easy and fast! Kept up to date almost with personalised messages it was really lovely. Would defo order again. I ordered a quirky item and love the style and quality it is fab!

I ordered an octopus candle holder but unfortunately when it arrived one of the legs was broken. The box it arrived in was a bit battered so guess it happened in transit. I informed Rockett by email and sent photos. A replacement was dispatched immediately and I received the replacement the next day. Outstanding customer service. I am very pleased with my purchase, good quality.

Ordered an ornament, huge issues wirh delivery DPD attempting to deliver to two wrong addresses then saying it was undeliverable. Several emails later they attempted another wrong address. The item arrived in 3 broken pieces, packed in a soft cardboard box with very little and obviously inadequate packaging. More emails, customer service are good very responsive and helpful hence the 3 stars instead of 1, but these arent cheap items some incredibly expensive i simply wouldnt take the risk buying anything costing more than £50 to have it damaged amd the inconvenience of trying to sort the mess out. Second item amd replace arrived in a terrible state about 10 pieces. I gave up, was refunded very quickly had postage refunded but it was a very inconvenient, frustrating transaction, one I cant repeat for mymown peace if mind, far to much stress involved. Huge shame they have some fabulous pieces.

My experience with RSG is always good which ever the department is again fantastic very professional but very friendly they treat you with the up most respect the online shop is filled with really unique pieces some naughty but with fun and other things which are beautiful and very tasteful I could buy the whole shop but whatever I buy I’ve got to say when I look around my home with the things I buy from this store I’m in awe of how or where do they come from who designs them I know the two ladies that have started the store still run it and they seem to get it right everytime so I thank them and the staff for a wonderful experience shopping with them!!!
