great machine good comms. Only 4 stars as just missed out on forthcoming offer (within 2weeks and machine still unused at that point) but would not include me in the offer. All good but leaves a sour taste.

I purchased this chipper a number of years ago and it has been brilliant. As a landscape gardener it doesn't get used lots, but when it's needed, not only is it a handy piece of kit to have, but it's reliable too. Starts every time with either one or two pulls on the cord and makes short work of chipping up waste. One or two minor issues over the years but easily resolved - a broken spring on the accelerator, the mount for the ignition key broke from the vibration of the machine, but overall a great machine to have. Highly recommend. The staff at their HQ are brilliant too. I've phoned on a couple of occasions and they're always happy to help and offer advice, an excellent service that you don't often get these days.
