Rocknrollbox 

I got caught by this company, while trying to download a Greggs app. I filled in the form provided, then got asked for my card details. Membership was free, so it said. I pressed continue. £2.57p was taken from my account, and the name RocknRollbox appeared. Their address is in Cyprus. After reading all the reviews here, I contacted my card supplier Chase. There a man called Wilson told me they wouldn't do anything until I contacted Greggs to confirm they are not RocknRollbox. Nice one Chase.

I noticed a suspicious pending transaction on my banking app for £22.35 - I googled the company cos I had never heard of them and I don't stream music so thought there had been some mistake. I called the company and the guy said that I had signed up to the account on 17 Dec 23 & after the 3 day free trial you have to pay for the service. I cancelled the subscription but the guy said he was unable to refund/stop the pending transaction. At the exact time and date the account was created I was in the Clayton Hotel at Manchester Airport in the Aviator Bar ordering food & drink after being told to scan the QR code to order - this now explains where they got my card details from. I also found out that they had already taken £21.61 from my account on 21 December 23 - Thank you Lloyds Bank Fraud Team for refunding these transactions - Be Careful when scanning QR codes & putting in your bank details.

I don't know how this company got hold of my bank details but they started taking money out of my account. All I can guess is that while I scanned QVC's QR code they hijacked my account and stole my details. Luckily my bank spotted the illegal transaction and I got a call from their fraud department who stopped the payments, refunded me and issued a new card.

On applying for another item ,A pop-up appeared as I was on the last stage of entering my card details ,,,, which I didnt notice and carried on filling in ,,which was ROCKNROLLBOX as soon as I saw the £2.35 had been sent I tried to message and cancel ,,BUT nothing I tried would work so I thought well its only £2;35 "you idiot" next day £21;35 on to the bank ..... sorry to late to stop ... but will stop any further money ...SCAM,SCAM,SCAM,,,

Why did you take my money from me even if i didnt order something from you

I wish I did research before, they said I won iphone, the only thing is to pay for shipping which is R49, but I end up paying more as I write this message they deducted R195 in my account. I decided to cancel my card.

What the F***! I can't believe! This is a big big big SCAM!

Just to let you guys now we have tracked down rocknrollbox.com and we can comfirm they are a scam and we are monitioring there actions,we will sue and put a order against them

After being told I had won tickets to Europa-parks, 80$ were taken out of my account for a one month subscription with radio that didn't have good quality music. To make it worse, after I cancelled my subscription more money was taken from my account without my consent or any notice. Asking them to again cancel my subscription which hadn't even been active anymore, they finally confirmed the 'final' subscription. They didn't respond to my claim of having unrighfully taken money out of my account, instead they explained it with being some sort of trial period!! The money was never returned. Also, the 80$ were never justified with the music or the 'service'. On a side note, 80$ for a month of radio streaming is nowhere near competitive market pricing. There are plenty of other streaming services to choose from. What a scam this is!

Just got caught by this nonsense. You’re in line to win a phone said the email from Etsy! How naiive! My credit card even asked me if I had agreed to pay a £1 (for P&P) to them and I said yeah. Normally I’m pretty alert to scams. 🤦‍♂️ Then the links just keep going...you’re in line for this or that if you pay the P&P. When I got no emails after these transactions I looked on trust pilot and saw all the others who have been caught. Phoned credit card company who said the only way to stop any further payments was to cancel the card which I did. Will get a new card in a few days. Hopefully will have only lost £1.

I was also told l had won a phone when they asked for me to pay l stopped the message but they managed to get my details and are charging me. I tried to u subscribe straight away which did not work. Can not get them on comuter now, they are now asking for my bank card details!

WHAT ABSOLUTE CRAP.....I WAS TOLD I HAD WON IFONE 11 AND NEEDED TO PAY 1£ SHIPPING AND THEN I END UP AT THIS SITE AND FIND THEY ARE HITTING MY BANK ACOUNT WITH VERY EXPENSIVE SUBSCRIPTION FEES WICH I DIDNT SIGN UP TO BY THE WAY AND WHEN I TOLD THEM TO STOP.THEY SAY I WAS TO LATE ID MISSED THE CANCELATION DATE BUT I DIDNT SIGN UP IN THE FIST PLACE IM TAKING THIS TO MY LEGAL TEAM ITS DISCRACEFUL PLEASE PEOPLE READ THESE REVIEWS AND TAKE.THEM SERIOUSLY !! ITS A F***ING SCAM !!!!

What should they do if other people being cheated?

Same thing. An amount billed to my visa for months until I notice. Don't bother chat with their online live chat.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH ROCKNROLLBOX!! It is a scam I did a survey online to win a prize because they found out my personal details and sent a text.. now because of that they have taken $80 out of my account which I find rude! People have kids to feed! So I suggest you go get a job and be useful somewhere else who ever runs this site!! Shame on you!

Be very careful about signing up to this site as they hide the fact that they will bill you after one day for your subscription even though they say in their email it will be three days free trial. It is a scam! Hope they can sleep at night.

I was tricked in to a very expensive subscription that I did not agree to. The local cinema promised very cheap tickets, without any mention of rocknrollbox.com. When I tried to get out of the subscription, they just told me, that I was too late to cancel, and that I agreed to the subscription, which I didn't.
