I have had a neon sign and a mural from Rock salt. The neon broke and they replaced it, the customer service was second to none.
The mural is fabulous and makes me smile every time I look at it. It want on like a dream and looks fantastic.

Brilliant customer service! I had a small section of my LED light go dim on one of my pictures, I sent an email showing the issue, I had replacement picture delivered to my house within days of sending the email. Excellent 👌👌

What a great company and amazing wall panel’s, such a wonderful range of designs that you are spoilt for choice, we finally made our selection and we were highly delighted with the result. The wall panel’s have totally lifted our en-suite to another level, looks amazing and we get great comments from everyone that has seen them. I wanted quite an intricate design for my walk in shower so myself and my builder had numerous conversations with Pete prior to ordering. As it was an expensive order everyone paid great attention to detail with regards to measurements and materials etc. They even matched up a ceiling panel in gold. Everyone was very helpful and the delivery process was smooth and stress free. The panels arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. My builder has fitted numerous panels but none that have been this expensive so he was a bit nervous but had no problems at all and the pattern and fit matched perfectly. I have been using the shower for a while now and have not had any problems. I got samples of both types of panel which I would recommend doing to see the finish. I would recommend this company if you are looking for something of good quality and unique design.

Ordering process was really easy... email communication to approve the proof before printing for the shower panels.
I had an issue with a panel, caused by the builder and Tony at RSP could not have done more to get me a replacement panel delivered so that my bathroom could be finished just before Christmas! Customer service is outstanding. And the panel ... love love love!

Absolutely fantastic this has transformed my living room it took a couple of us to install this but the end result was absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend great quality also.
We purchased one of the neon prints with pink lighting ( life is beautiful ). We have also connected the the painting to a smart plug, which can now be controlled via Alexa

We’ve had two of the neon artworks with white frames and the quality of them is amazing, they look really classy and have really finished off our living room, so so happy with them! 😍 Special mention to Tony who helped us out with our order, completely professional, did everything he said he would and I would highly recommend this company, prints were the highest quality and the customer service was brilliant!

Returned to Rocksalt to purchase another picture after being thoroughly impressed with the ones we previously bought from them. Unfortunately, the picture I originally wanted was no longer available, but Tony reached out and sorted out another picture for me. He went above and beyond to ensure I received it quickly and without any hassle. Fantastic customer service and a real credit to the company. Looking forward to the next piece now.

I wanted some funky vinyl to wrap my fridge with and Rock Salt Prints were great at suggesting what design would work, and after giving them the measurements, they were able to customise my design. I would highly recommend this company, ordered some panels from them I forgot to order the primer and adhesive, I dealt with a chap called tony who said he will get them posted out asap so they are with me next day, you couldn't ask for better customer service than that also the panel are of top quality and look great.
