Fantastisk frokost

Jeg spise første gang på Det Røde Pakhus i 2020. Jeg fik en dejlig frokost. Siden har jeg forsøgt at besøge stedet hver gang jeg kommer til Bornholm. I år er det blevet til tre besøg. To gange har jeg fået deres signaturmenu, som jeg ikke vil betænke mig på at betegne som Michelin-niveau. I går (25. september) fik min kone og jeg frokost. En ganske enkel menu med smørrebrød i form af lun saltstegt sild samt svampetoast, vand, kaffe og lidt sødt. Men det enkle bliver løftet til et tårnhøjt niveau på Det Røde Pakhus; den saltstegte sild var både visuelt og ikke mindst smagsmæssigt en vidunderlig fortolkning af denne klassiske bornholmske ret. Jeg glæder mig til næste besøg på Bornholm, der helt sikkert skal inkludere et besøg på Det Røde Pakhus.
