Rogan's shoes or Shoe Station in Kenosha, WI. Terrible service both female employees. When I asked for assistance to find a particular brand, they pointed and said it's this or that aisle. When I went back and asked for more help, again was told they maybe somewhere in the store. I lost my temper as I am obviously disabled as evidenced by serious limp and walker. I left when confronted with obvious lack of care or concern. I rate the store 0.

First, when I got to the store with my 90 yr old mom they would not double check stock to see if they had a shoe that the online local store search said that they had. Wouldn’t even tell me where they might be. Then the check out person was so rude to us, questioning the price that the sign said versus what the register rang up…even though she acknowledged it was the same shoe. Never again

I searched online for a particular model of New Balance walking shoes and landed on the Rogan's Shoes website. Their price was competitive, they had my size in stock and I quickly received exactly the shoe that I wanted. There was a 10% off offer, and I didn't manage to enter the code on my order. Their responsive customer service applied the discount for me.
