I spent €2000 with Rogue, one of the bars was missing end caps, at first I ignored it as I didn’t think it was an issue. But as I notified dust had entered I asked Rogue if I could be sent or buy some replacement end caps. These are such a low cost item and they have them in their warehouse but John K from customer service had no interest in helping.
Bumper Plates
The new generation of Bumper plates are breaking during normal usage.
Our old plates from 2015 are still in better condition. Rogue is accusing us of using them wrongly, instead of admitting poor quality.
Great airbike, fast delivery
I'm very happy with my Rogue Echo Bike that I ordered from Rogue Fitness Europe. FedEx delivered it super quickly from Belgium to Oslo, and the VAT bill came electronically about two days later directly to my bank (efaktura). I was a bit skeptical about ordering from Rogue Europe after reading the reviews here, but I went ahead anyway and don't regret it at all. The original seat is terrible though, so I swapped it out for a Selle SMP TRK. I also replaced the pedals with some clipless Shimanos. The bike is built like a tank, and my only complaint is that for some reason it doesn't come with a wind guard, which should have been included for free.

Paid £200+ for home gym timer in 2019, it failed recently so reached out to Rogue support to diagnose the problem. Below was responce:
“ For a Timer of this age we are not able to diagnose or troubleshoot further what might be gone wrong here”.

Everything in the store has been good. Ordered Thursday night and received my item Monday noon. All packaging and airbike were in perfect order.

Worst online shopping of my life
Worst online shopping of my life! First I made 1 order - they split it in 3, only first part came in the time frame specified although UPS send me email for one date but the actual parcel came 2 days later. The second part was a lot late so I reached out to customer support - they said UPS has probably lost the package so they send me a new one which was the proper thing to do however UPS delivered both packages in the same day (the one that was lost and the second one that was sent from rogue) which then meant for me to go and return the second parcel which was very inconvenient, they should've sent a carrier to come and pick it up from my address. The third part of my order I reached out after 2 months and they said they still don't have available so I asked for my money back which they at least returned. And the worst thing is that this was supposed to be a present for my husband's birthday but it took 2 months to resolve and not with the exact order. So overall - I wouldn't order again and if you need something in time or to be sent at all this is not the place to be ordering from.
Shocking service and communication
Shocking service and communication. Ordered over £100 worth of kit only for the delivery driver to leave it on the floor in full view of the public and it had of course been taken. Informed Rogue of this and am yet to hear anything back regarding a refund or my parcel. I have emailed them twice in the past few days and not heard back. Complete lack of understanding.

Surpassed my expectations
After reading the reviews on Trustpilot I thought I would contact Rogue Europe before placing an order. I sent an honest email saying that I wanted assurance that if something went wrong with the order that they would help as I was buying an Echo bike, so not cheap. I thought if I got a satisfactory response within a couple of days, this would show they are trying to improve their customer services. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a response in under 12 hours. I sent a further email thanking them and asked for an up to date estimated delivery to the UK. I was satisfied with the estimated delivery dates and place my order. The bike arrived within a few days! Much less than expected. And pleased to say I am thrilled with the bike. Thank you Aleksi N for your help.
Downright snotty customer service
Downright snotty customer service. Just didn't deliver, didn't communicate the delay, couldn't give an ETA, didn't try to get an ETA from the shipping partner, and then wallowed in self-pity when I insisted they do something about the situation. They actually accused me of "chasing" them in an unproductive way. What on earth is wrong with these people, I got better service than that at the local government's office.
Perfect service, I am a big Rogue fan now.
Updated: I have done 4 orders with them now and received everything super fast and perfect condition. I am American living in Poland and got nervous when I saw all the bad reviews. I decided to cancel my last order and buy something different. Let's hope customer service is better than what people report.
Poor after sale support
I’ll just echo all the other reviews on the poor customer service. Bought an echo bike, before the warranty period ended it developed a metal clinking noise on each rotation of the fan. Contacted customer service with videos and details of the troubleshooting steps I had taken looking for support. This was assigned to the team lead of the after sales support team, and in close to 5 weeks now I’ve had one reply (that took over 14 days) that showed very little effort to be helpful despite a few email prompts and calling the customer service line looking for an update. I’ve now got an £800 bike that looks as though it may have developed a fault that’s probably causing long term damage and it looks like Rogue have just washed their hands of it despite it being in warranty at time of fault being reported. I’m kitting out a full home gym in the coming months, and it won’t be with Rogue EU equipment.
Refusal to send spare part.
I own a rogue echo bike. So almost a £1k purchase all in all. It's been damaged in an accident and even though rogue have the ability to send me the spare part they refuse.
Absymal experience
First ever product and company I’ve reviewed online, which should tell you where I’m at with this. Bought a rogue ohio power bar in stainless steel for a steep 600 euro price tag (delivered). Arrived with a hole in the side of the tube, and the bar was covered in metal shavings which i could not remove. Got in contact with customer service who responded initially within 6 days but have gone silent for nearly 3 weeks now. So disappointing, i cannot believe a company with this reputation can be this incompetent. Now i have a 600 euro bar I can’t use (the stuff goes in your eyes).
In summary:

I ordered friday and i saw i ordered wrong size. I sent mails to any mail i could find sutarday/sunday/monday and i may have been spammed your system with multiple mails.
You specific write on your website that you should contact by mail or by the "chat" if you have to change the ordered item. Both beeing an email where you get a ticket.
Dont let an option be written if you dont answer them before it will be send anyway.

Shocking customer service
I'd like to start by saying I like the Rogue products, I have several in my home gym and I own Rogue clothing items (hats, tees, shorts). However the customer service is shocking. My most recent order I placed on the 14th March for 3 T-shirts, two were from Europe but one was from the US which takes longer although I was aware of this (7-10 working days), when the US T-shirt arrived in Europe one of the Europe T-shirts was out of stock (obviously they hadn't put aside my order), so two weeks after my order was placed I was told I would have to get a refund or get this T-shirt from the US. Correspondence was with the automated mail box which takes up to 48hours to reply, so arranging this wasn't exactly quick. I managed to get Rogue to agree to dispatch the T-shirts that were in Europe with the US one following later. It is now five weeks after placing my order and the only T-shirt I have is the third T-shirt sent from the US, the two coming from Europe have been lost by UPS. Rogue have advised that one of these T-shirts are in stock in Europe and one from the US, however they have refused to dispatch separately so I have to wait until the US T-shirt reaches Europe and both sent onwards. Based on current timescales it looks like I may have my order 7 weeks after initially placing it.
