Had an issue with connecting

Had an issue with connecting and getting started with the Rolex Evo charger. I was contacted back by Lucas in tech support and he guided me through everything with clear instructions and he could not have been more helpful. Excellent service

The Excellence of Rolec

Dear Sir, I have lived in Sydney 40 years at 23 Kawana Close Epping NSW 2121. I got the Rolec charger in 2013 when I bought my first Nissan LLeaf 2013. Now I have two Nissan Leafs 2024 and 20219 Models but I use the same 2013 Rolec charger. That charger worked superbly for 13 years perfect/ Your expert Lucasz phoned us when we sent an email to you saying the charger had become intermittent. AAs we told the most excelle t Lukasz Wozniakthat we would leave the charging cable always inside thee Rolec to save time when we flipped from one car to the other. As Lusac confirmed that raised the intermittent charging problem. Mr Lucas zoomed onto the real problem as we will never the charging cable inside the chareger. Lucasz is polide expert engineer. May God bless Lucasz and Rolec. You are welcome to Sydney and stay with me. Krishhan Anand.Million thanks

Great support team

We have 7 Rolec chargers, both single and three phase, single and dual sockets. The chargers work well & the support is A1! I have needed to make a few support calls, and they have always responded quickly, and sent our an engineer within a week of logging the ticket.

recently needed help setting up my EV…

recently needed help setting up my EV charger for the very first time, and Lukasz went above and beyond to assist me. Being new to this, I had quite a few questions, but Lukasz was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and guided me through the entire setup process seamlessly. Outstanding customer service from the technical support team thank you so much, Lukasz, for making this such a smooth and stress-free experience!

Technical support were excellent

Technical support were excellent! Lucas talked me through each step to ensure my charger was up to date, tested, and functioning as I needed it to, including setting up Time of Use scheduling.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, Charger went faulty 21/5 , my electrician attended and called Rolec customer services , went through all fault codes etc and said it needs a replacement, called 2 days later no evidence of phone call and nothing on the system !! Even he had him on loud speaker!! We are now 2/6 tried calling several times but never call me back !! Had a car sat on the drive now for over 12 days which I can’t use as no charge , find a more reliable make and company !!

Adrian was amazingly helpful

Adrian was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. The instruction manual missed out important information. Adrian talked me through the whole process. Put a check in place to be certain the timer worked, and called me back. The information he had was very helpful. Excellent job. Keep developing the manual and produce instruction videos to reduce Adrian's workload!

Awful experience

Awful experience. Couple with the Monta app, this is comfortably the worst piece of equipment known to man. You park up, follow the instructions on the app, make your payment, and connect your charger. So far so good. Then it starts. Either the app or the charger just suddenly "pauses" charging before any power has been sent to the vehicle. And it just sits like that. No charge received whatsoever. And there is nothing you can do other than stop the charge and receive a refund. And be left with a vehicle with no charge. An absolute joke of a company and service.

From day one I had problems with the…

From day one I had problems with the Rolec Evo charger. I couldn’t set schedules for weeks which apparently an app problem. And not 8months later the device will not pair so I cannot charge. Please spend a bit more money and get a different brand

Experienced and patient

Rolec support engineer was very knowledgable and patient with me. We tracked the issue I had with my charger and we managed to also improve my overall setup with other chargers. I can fully recommend them.
