Aftter little winnings in Sportbets they blocked my account acused of having multiple ones, in a totally mafia way of comunicating. Abusive Scam Site. Avoid at all cost.

Asked for KYC to withdraw, I did it. And then they refused the KYC and banned the account. Now I cant withdraw my funds. AWFUL SCAMMER.

EDIT: everytime they say "send email to support blabla" already did and that's the support who banned the account and I cant get back my fund. Dont believe anything they say!

Awful site, do not use! Never hit bonuses.. when you do you barely get a 20x after spending 300x to get it. I must of hit 30+ bonuses and never had one where i actually made profit.. when i decided to cut my losses and withdraw after losing around 8k they wouldnt allow it and said i had multiple accounts which i dont. Be careful and cautious with this bookmaker. After winning $700, they debited my balance and didn't transfer it to my wallet. After contacting technical support, they kept giving me empty promises. Then they told me to provide email addresses for other accounts they have in my name. In reality, they don't have a single account. I have only one personal account, which I'm willing to use to undergo any verification. However, technical support has stopped responding and communicating. They simply took my funds without explaining the reason and attributing false information.

As for this bookmaker, I would not recommend it to anyone. I will explain my problem so that no one else has a problem. I played with them and lost some money after that I won 8000 at the bookmaker, the bookmaker paid me 2000 and after that they didn't want to pay me the rest under the reasoning that I have a double account, which of course is not true, but their excuse for not paying me the money. When I asked them for proof, they wouldn't give it to me, they just told me to admit that I have a dual account, to which I replied that I don't have one, which is the truth. After that they blocked me on the chat and comments on the bookmaker. Now no one answers my email anymore. I would not recommend anyone to use this bookmaker because if you get money you will not pay it back. The bookmaker is a big scam and that's why I wrote my problem so it wouldn't happen to someone else. I know they won't pay me the money because I can't contact them anymore, but don't open an account in this bookmaker, there are plenty of others so you don't have the same problem as me.

rollbit is scam. i put several bet on sport and i win $600, and when i want to withdraw my money they ask for kyc and keep saying i have another account on their site. dont play on this site they will never pay your winnings.

The problem is they cut 5% from your profits and slip your positions HEAVILY.

You will notice there is ALWAYS a pullback when you close a trade, so it won't close where you click and the best part is they make it in such a way that slippage benefits them only.

If you close a trade and the slippage goes positive, they won't count it, they will give you the price you clicked at. buttttt if the slippage is negative, they are quick to deduce it from your trade. On top of the 5% commission.

Also, you will notice that your automatic "burst price" will ALWAYS be at a specific level where they know movement will go.

Go back and verify your losses, you will see it. No matter how you place a bet, they will find a way to burst it, no matter the multiplier. It's crazy.

Their discord is a joke, full of a bunch of scammers.

I am having the same issues as majority of users here. Won fair and square and they refused the payout, asking me to KYC. I did all levels of KYC, they still refused after they initially said its fine and it will be paid out. Asked me to list them my previous accounts which obviously i have none. Afterwards i was directed to compliance which asked for information and never responded after that.

I am considering reaching out the license provider and going all over other sites to notify as many users as possible as this is obviously a repetitive pattern from their end on anyone that wins even a few thousand.

Disgustingly dishonest and scummy website. After losing tens of thousands on my first account, they limited my betting to basically 0, forcing me to create more accounts to chase my losses. After finally winning some money back (while still being down overall significantly) they suspended my account and requested for kyc which i provided fully and asked for other accounts i had, which i also complied with. They proceeded to close my account and forfeit my remaining funds of close to 30k USD. When you are lose they have no issues with you but when you start winning they find bullshit reasons to suspend your account and forfeit your funds.

I've been a customer of Rollbit's for years, mostly playing the Rollercoaster and Crypto Futures games, and since I started I've read a number of negative reports as you see on this site. I'll be honest, the negative reviews have always made me nervous that whenever I win and try to withdraw I'll be blocked arbitrarily, but it's simply never happened after hundreds of withdrawals. I'm still nervous to this day, but due to my own personal experience I have to wonder if at least some of the negative reports are simply scammers who got caught and are writing retaliatory reviews. With any site like this there is going to be a bad element that tries to game the system

I don't know the full truth, that's impossible, but all I can do is report my experience. Other than minor site outages (which can be annoying when youre in the middle of a bet), I'd say my experience has been 5 stars and I love the games they offer and the flexibility with any time withdrawals and fast crypto deposits.

They blocked my withdrawal. I won several thousand dollars betting on TOP football, German Bundesliga, Turkish Super League, Portuguese Primeira Liga, etc. I sent ALL requested documents, after which support requested a list of accounts that I have on the Rollbit. But I have only ONE account and I have NEVER had any others. They don't want to talk anymore, they demand a list that is impossible to provide. I can't withdraw my funds, they are simply stealing more than $5000 from me. I can provide any documents and any supporting screenshots of my HONEST winnings.

Look at all the other reviews and comments. The site is so bad that I won’t lose more than $200 with them. The servers aren’t even linked up to the real slot providers but if their own.
