Order on Sunday night and called the company on Monday to check the images were good quality and really easy to talk to with no wait time banner arrived on Wednesday brilliant quality, the cheapest price I could find online with a really quick turn around. Thank you

Poor customer service
I was happy with the quality of the product but overall I did not have a good experience with this company.

The A3 banner template and the Artwork Guide give conflicting measurements for the bleed area required. It is not clear in the Artwork Guide that the Roller Banner section does not relate to the A3 banner.

When I received the product I had allowed too much bleed space based on the instructions in the Artwork Guide. When I approached Roller Banner customer services I was very complimentary about their product and tried to explain what had happened. They responded quickly but they were not interested in my experience or what had happened. They said they 'did not want to get into an argument' with me. They said it was my fault as I had provided the artwork and offered 20% off my next order.

The product I ordered was for a birthday present I am left feeling disappointed with a product that doesn't look professional.

I don't rate their customer service highly and I will not be using them again.

Update: Despite saying I would not use their services again Roller Banner UK felt the need to cancel my coupon code. Very petty and proves my point. It baffles me that they thought I would use it!

I recently purchased a roll up banner for a 1920’s gatsby party and to be honest wasn’t savvy with designing my own. I used their design department and for a minimal extra cost was able to have just the banner I wanted.
A big thank you for the sales and design team for helping me along the way.
I was sent the design to look at and modify as necessary and only when I was completely satisfied my banner was sent promptly and I received it within 48hours..
I would definitely recommend this company as the final product was of good quality and looked very professional.

This is the second time I have ordered from Roller Banners UK and would recommend them - clear communication, easy to use website and good customer service. My order for 2 budget roller banners was dealt with quickly, efficiently and was delivered on the agreed date before 12 noon - the banners are nicely printed and good quality.

Bought a portable 'pop up' exhibition unit from this company.

Ordered and uploaded graphics on the Monday afternoon. Item delivered Wednesday AM by their courier! Awesome service. Defo deal with them again. :-)
