I have been using Rollo for over a year…

I have been using Rollo for over a year now and the discounted prices for shipping are great. Customer Service is Horrible. Several times my packages were damaged or lost by UPS and I am not allowed to discuss it with UPS because it through third party company. ( Rollo ) When you file a claim with rollo all they do is send you emails saying thanks for your patience. Took three and 1/2 months for one claim of 1,880.00 dollars and they they didn't help at all. I received $100.00. Now I filed a lost Package and UPS says claim closed. Not sure why because they will not talk to me only Rollo. So another 6,400 lost because rollo Customer Service does nothing but take what UPS says, which are lies because their employees damaged the product. They don't help or take care of their customers. Buyer Beware they will save you money on shipping but first time something go wrong you will lose and cost more then the discounts.

Paid for UPS Next Day Air, received standard delivery

I was charged for UPS Next Day Air shipping, which was pre-selected at checkout by default, not intentionally chosen by me.

The order was not shipped the same day. The package was handed over to UPS more than 24 hours after the order was placed, making next-day delivery impossible from the start.

The order was delivered three days after purchase, providing no benefit over standard shipping.

I contacted Rollo support multiple times over several weeks. Despite polite responses, I received only automated or template replies, no resolution, and no clear timeline for a refund.

Direct email support does not accept incoming messages, and customers are pushed into a ticket system that does not resolve the issue.

The product itself may be fine, but charging for expedited shipping that is pre-selected and then not fulfilled is unacceptable.

Locked Account

They lock your account, call it fraud and then remove the entire account.

They have child’s questionnaire for you to fill out and call it an appeal form. It’s far from an appeal form. You can’t close your account without an appeal form. What does an appeal form have to do with refunding you your money back.

They are thieves!

Printer doesn't work in Windows 11

Printer doesn't work in Windows 11, and support couldn't do anything but suggst going back to Windows 10. Clearly not a responsible manufacturer or they would have tested Winows 11 drivers a while ago! Don't buy. Search on Reddit and you'll see many others complaining of this.
