This company is nothing but a scam
This company is nothing but a scam. Do not buy anything from them! I bought 2 dresses that cost 80.00 and they did not fit. They don’t answer you and when they finally do they say keep the dresses and we will refund you 25.00. Their ad says full refund. The clothes are not made in the states.

And I can tell YOU what went wrong , I order two dresses from this company. When I got them I was very unhappy. The dresses do not fit and the sleeves are not sewn right. I paid quite a bit thinking it was a company I could trust. Thought the factory that make the clothes was in SC but to my surprise it from China. Please don’t be fooled like me.

Do not order from this person. I needed to return due to not fitting. I asked for return info and received an email stating they would refund 15$ and keep the items. I spent 93$ it also took 2 days for that response. There is no phone number either.

Rolul Never Again!
Where to start when the whole experience was horrible?!
Firstly, Rolul does not reply to your emails timely or even answer your questions, their replies are some automatic ones. When I finally discover an email to a direct person, she stopped receiving emails after my third complaint. So, you are forced to go back to the email provided on Rolul’s website which is totally useless. There is no real person to talk to, no phone number or address to reach out.
Secondly, your whole order will be paused if there is an unavailable item on your list. There is no indication anywhere on their website to know ahead of time what items are in stock and what not. So your entire order can take months before Rolul ships it.
I spent $300 on their clothes just to find later that their quality is absolutely AWFUL!!
The return policy is not been honored.
Stay away from this company! Save your time and money. I will NEVER buy from Rolul again!!!
