Needed a Roofbox and Bars for my car and identified the Yakima Roofbars and Kamei Oyster Roofbox.
The price from Roofbox was very competitive and called them for help and advice.
Spoke to Andy (Support) and called him back to make the purchase.
I couldnt believe how fast they were delivered,

I was expecting a delivery today and the tracking said it had been delivered in the porch but it wasn’t at our address of 111******

I rang and spoke to Clare who sent me a photo of where the delivery company said it was, on checking it was not my door but the house is was at didn’t have a number, Clare confirmed the post code so we agreed that I would drive around to find it, as the street is one way I had to loop round to check the top of the street, Clare stayed on the line and was using google street to find the door which she did and confirmed the parcel was at 211

I would like to put on record that Clare went above and beyond in helping me track the parcel and should be commend for a her persistence and general manager in the way she spoke to me.

Had an urgent need to get snow socks to me in Europe, ordered on Wednesday, delivered to my friend on Friday who kindly brought them out. Fantastic service from the company. Cheers

I have always had a good experience with this company for getting roof bars - they make it easy to find the right ones at a good price. Recently I also needed a couple of spare caps for the end of the bars as I lost the original ones and they were very helpful identifying the right part and got sent them to me within a couple of days.

Great quality Roofbox , best value currently out there , great customer support if your not sure about fitting , it’s just a simple phone call to a company that knows what it’s talking about, fantastic 2 day delivery which got me out of a really tight spot as I had to get to Tilbury with extra passengers all of a sudden , highly recommended.

Very please with the experience, the bike rack ordered was excellent quality, the customer care team dealt swiftly with a minor i had.

I had a road accident resulting in my Atera bike rack being damaged. After a google I found that the Roofbox Company weren't far from me. A quick phone call was answered by Rory who could not have been more helpful and a couple of photos emailed over and Rory suggested I popped over to see what they could do. I drove over and they quickly assessed and went to work, straightening the bracket and checking everything over. Rack is now back to perfect. Service was above and beyond. Well done Rory and team.

Bought a roof bars for my Mercedes S-class pay over £200.
Receive them very quickly, they look well made, they fit the car well, but… they not designed for the Mercedes W221-s class, because when the roof box is attached ( we have a Thule XT Sport cost £500 and we also used the same box on another car without any issue and problems) is making a noise/wind and we have been on a trip in Europe and have to deal with that for the hole trip. The roof bars are designed wrong , to low from the roof and the front roof bar is also to low so the wind flow is not right calling that wind/noise problem. If you google for the genuine roof bars they look completely different on the car.
Try to call them- no luck, send a return email, is been 2 weeks now and no respond from this company whatsoever.
If you want to buy something from them everything is super quick but if you want to return looks like not.
Very disappointed.

Fantastic customer service that went the extra mile. I lost a small pin for my Yakima roof bars. I couldn't find a replacement anywhere online so I contacted the roof box company who I originally bought the bars from. Someone from customer service sent a link for the part on their website however it was out of stock. I asked if they knew when they would be back in as I had planned using the bars for an upcoming holiday. They then went out of their way to locate a spare they could send meaning I had the bars available and working again by the end of the week. The pin was less than £2 therefore hardly worth their time going out of their way like that but they went above and beyond.

Bought "CRUZ 120cm OptiPLUS S-FIX roof bars with fitting kit 6629" for my 2024 Hyundai Kona (Flush roof rails). Arrived a day earlier than expected which was great. Used roofbars with existing roofbox for 2 weeks, 1000 miles so far and no issues. Make sure to read the instructions and tally up the numbers printed on metal work as per instructions and all perfect. Great price, great delivery, great product.

First class service and excellent products. The after service is great too.

Received goods in good time but a faulty part meant that i cannot use the roof bars.

It’s been one week since I flagged this issue and have followed up two more time since.

Apart from an automated response to my first email - there has been no communication at all.

Most reviews on here suggest that the after sales support is good so I’m not sure if this is just a blip but it’s meant that I’ve got faulty equipment that is not fit for purpose and no suggestion that The Roofbox Company are going to respond to me or do anything about it?

The roof box company called me and apologised for their lack of response. Immediately offered andvice and sent out replacement parts that arrived within 2 days.

Do not even consider getting a roof box from any other company. I bought a roofbox which had a fault, presumably from manufacture, and I thought there was going to be a lot of stress involved because I had stored my box for months in a garage before I even realised. I needn't have worried. I contacted the roofbox company and they were simply amazing. It was a very stressful day and Brenda put my mind to rest immediately. I would urge anyone considering buying a roofbox or bars to buy them from this company. They are superb. A genuine company staffed with professionals in this day and age is a rare beast. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Ordered a set of roof bars and 2 cycle carriers which were despatched and delivered within a day. Roof bars were reasonably straightforward to fit albeit there was a small nut missing. I emailed Roof Box and within a few hours Laura had put one in the post. I decided to fit the one roof bar which was complete but hit a snag with fitting. I emailed Roof Box and Laura kindly pointed out that I had one of the fittings the wrong way round. Problem sorted. The next day, the replacement nut arrived and I was able to fit the remaining roof bar and both cycle carriers without any snags. Brilliant products and great support from a really professional company! The following day I broke the packaging down for recycling and low and behold, in the corner of one of the boxes was the missing nut! So, thanks once again Laura for all your help and my apologies for not looking more carefully. BTW, do you want the nut back?

I had a problem with a bike carrier where a part had come loose and fallen off, fortunately when I wasn't carrying any bikes. I'd purchased the carrier 6 months earlier. Laura was extremely helpful. Help me identify the missing part, clarified the specifics and even matched the lock barrel. The replacement part was delivered within a couple of days. Amazing, thank you.

Customer Service poor compared to many. Lock not working on one of the bike carrier arms and apparently without a video, pictures, key codes, nothing can be done. Refused the video but happy to try and do all the other bits required but couldn’t care less really - response was literally - up to you - when I said I wouldn’t do a video.
Good product and price otherwise, delivered quickly - ordered a Thule wander way.
Just be warned after sales Service not great.

Firstly Great selection and very competitive pricing.
Secondly all staff go above and beyond to help both with selection of what may be needed and aftercare.
Used a few times now and always absolutely fantastic to deal with... before and after sales. Shop Here and you wont be disappointed imho.
