Awful experience. Don't bother staying here!

Awful experience. I stayed (mercifully for only 1 night) in September 2026. Double room was small and shabby.
Customer support was non existent. I complained as someones alarm went off at 6.00am (and continued to ring for the next 2 hours!) but despite several requests staff on duty did nothing.
Likewise management has failed to get back to me, despite several emails sent.
Poor service from top downwards.
Don't bother stopping here. Its "cheaper" for a reason. Plus u will be paying £10-20 parking charges on top anyway.
