I ordered some face cream which was prescription only, it was approved after filling in an online form. The service was easy to use and I had a decision within a few days.
On the day it was due to be delivered by Royal Mail, I stayed in but instead of the postman ringing my bell, he attempted to squash the package through my letterbox, he failed to do so and left it half hanging out of the door, on a busy town centre pavement!
On opening the parcel 15 minutes later when I discovered it, the cream had basically exploded inside the inner envelope.
I contacted Royal Mail as I was furious. They informed me I couldn't claim for the item but the company could. I emailed RootandRadiance who got back to me really quickly. They offered me either a refund or replacement. The lady who emailed me, called Linda was lovely and didn't even mind me changing my mind!
I received a replacement a few days later and my postman couldn't repeat his original trick as Linda had placed the item in a box surrounded by bubble wrap, which was lovely of her, but more importantly, it was way too big to fit through my letterbox so the postman had to ring my bell.
