Terrible customer experience
I just bought a speaker and leads in Reynolds for EURO 335.01. (28th NOV 24)
I politely asked the server (Male in his 40's) if he would throw in an extension lead value EURO 11.50 . He asked me if I was "Mad in the Head" and "was I joking". Terrible customer service. There are several polite ways of saying no. Having spent thousands there over the years, I won't be back to buy anything else. The final stab in the side was when he requested my phone number for his customer service database, at which stage I thought he was joking.
Unfortunately, I had to return to Reynolds today (29th NOV 24) as the wrong power adapter had been provided. The Gentleman who served me this time was much more pleasant. The other Guy could certainly take a course in Customer service from him.
