Do not buy from them. Horrible customer service. I ordered the Jasmyne shirt $290. I did not like it. I asked for a return the next day. They do not make it easy communicating with them. I had to search for the return instructions. There are NO RETURN LABELS from them. I had to spend $75 at the post office to return the shirt. As per their email I was advised to send the item back through the post office over FedEx …to this day I have not gotten a refund. It has been one month. I will NEVER buy anything from them. If I do not get a refund since it has been almost one month that i sent the shirt back I will talk with my bank. Buy elsewhere believe me it is not worth the headache. If you like the brand only buy it when you are in France. I love SEZANE you get a return label and everything moves quickly or better buy from anyone else if you like French clothing but not Rosae.

Rosae Paris is timeless and of great quality
Rosae Paris is my favorite brand. Their clothes are timeless and of great quality. I have often experimented with certain styles and brands and often have looked back and regretted my purchases because I did not like them anymore. It is not like this with Rosae. Every single piece that I bought, I still owe.

Very happy with Rosae!
I've ordered twice from Rosae and am very happy with both purchases. Great design, solid manufacturing, fabric is as stated in the description, and it's all very nice. Shipping has been very fast with Chronopost and DPD once it reaches the UK. It seems items go out of stock quickly from the online shop, but so far I've had good luck with them coming back soon after I've asked for an in stock notification.

Timeless elegant clothes made from high quality (upcycled) materials. Also the customer service is very pleasant. Questions are answered quickly and return requests are also hassle free.
If I have to mention one minor point: almost all garments are made of materials that are only suitable for professional dry cleaning. But this has to do with the delicacy of some materials and to keep the items in long term good condition.

Lovely clothes
Lovely clothes. My only gripe with this shop is the limited size options. I wish they offered a wider range. I am between their sizes in knitwear (EU size 36, which is a French size 38) and ordered size 2. This was a nice, oversized look, but I might order the smaller option next time.

Very poor courier service and company policy
It's almost a month, I ordered an item and haven't received it. The company does not issue a refund, till their logistics partner does not resolve the issue. Not sure why I as a customer should have to wait for this resolution, since I placed an order with Rosae Paris not their logistics partner.

High quality of clothing and great customer service
I ordered a suede jacket. Shipping took about a week and I was told that Rosae was working out how to make sure I receive my order soon given the new US tariffs and customs regulations. Delivery indeed was fast, I didn’t have to pay for tariffs or wait for the item to clear the customs! Really appreciate how Rosae resolved all these issues before shipping the item. The jacket itself is wonderful quality and great fit. It has a lining making it easy to put on and take off, and it keeps shape. It’s also so soft and looks luxurious. I’ll get a lot of wear out of it.

Wtf sizing
I ordered boots and some clothes. They sent me boots one sized 38 and other size 36! I don’t understand how such mistake can even happen… When I complained saying I ordered the boots for an event, can’t they organize express delivery for the right size, they replied that only standard delivery is an option for me, so in a result I lost my time, money for some weeks, and also respect for this company.

Customer Service is extremely poor.
They sent my item to the wrong address & then once sent to correct address, they gave an incorrect code for customs resulting in a customs fee of $380. Extremely unresponsive and made no efforts to fix this issue. It’s been dragging on for over a month.

You order was actually sent to the correct address but unfortunately, DHL did not respect their contract and tried to collect taxes when we specifically sent the package duties paid.
I don't believe you are being fair when calling us unresponsive, as we always responded to your emails and apologized again for the wait, as we were struggling to find our bearings due to the new and sudden new USA tariffs. Despite our best efforts to maintain shipping to the US (whereas other brands simply chose not to), we had a bit of a rough start but we are getting there. You have since been refunded of your order of course.
