Roscal Breach of Contract
Selecting Roscal to perform two bathroom refurbishments was the biggest mistake I have ever made. Many problems (including 4 major floods) were experienced in a programme of refurbishment that was scheduled to be completed in 3 weeks but in stead took 5 weeks, but my main point of dissatisfaction was after I had paid an adjusted final bill new problems manifested within a day of the payment. Roscal would not attend to put right new issues (leaks and repeated failure of the shower unit). Despite intervention by mt solicitor and then me issuing Small Claims Court proceedings Roscal have not paid me the additional cost I have incurred to rectify their poor workmanship.
