Don't order from Rosebikes.ie

Don't order from Rosebikes.ie. Soon after I placed an order I received a cancellation by email saying that the item was out of stock. No mention of a refund and no response to my email asking for my refund. The item is still available to order on their website. It doesn't say it's out of stock.

Rose Bikes : order not delivered and no refund

I ordered a home trainer which should have been delivered within 4 weeks. 6 weeks later, and no contact from Rose Bikes, I requested a cancellation and a refund within 15 days (legal deadline). 3 weeks later, and despite several reminders, I still have not received any refund and Rose Bikes is still not responding. I now have to file a complaint with the courts to recover 900 Euros. I ordered the same trainer from bike-components.de and they delivered within 48 hours. Notice to fellow cyclists: do not fall into the same trap and stay clear of Rose Bikes.

They say that the refund "will be made in the next few days", but they have been saying this for months. The legal deadline is 15 days - the law is very clear on this. Why does Rose Bikes not respect European law, or even its own General Terms and Conditions of Sales?

no problems what so ever

no problems what so ever, i ordered 2 thule wheel holders to go on my thule bike roof rack system that i already had, they were the cheapest i found, took only 5 days for delivery to Ireland including a weekend, very happy and thank you

Fast delivery, and good products

Hi i ordered i pair of maxxis dissector and some ergon grips, delivery took 4 days to Denmark and I'm very pleased with the service, no problems at all.

Terrible customer experience

Tried to purchase a TACX turbo trainer that was listed as in stock on the site. Two hours after purchasing I received an email to say the item was out of stock and would be 3 to 4 weeks before it would be back in stock.

Contacted them to cancel the sale and refund the purchase price back and as the fault lay with their system stating the item was in sick that they admitted fault for that I would like them to refund any loss of money through the exchange back from Euros to GBP.

Sadly a month later this has still not happened and their accounts department have never replied after repeat attempts to contact.

Be aware when purchasing, sadly for me, once burned is enough and I will never use them again.

Great customer service

Received my items quickly. Unfortunately one item, a pair of mudguards, was damaged in transport. Send an email to Rosebikes and they issued a refund immediately. Will shop there again.

Great bikes as long as they are a group…

Great bikes as long as they are a group of pixels on your screen, horrible customer service once you want to buy one or do anything real. Finally I didn't buy.
Their website says one thing, their local staff the other, and their German headquaters something completely different. Many bikes are available only theoretically, everything must be confirmed by their staff and it takes days to respond to every e-mail. Website doesn't tell you, that they're out of stock for basically everything and new bikes, in completely new painting, not shown on website, are on the way (yeah... over two months waiting when website tells you two weeks).
Website does not provide registration for businesses to buy with an invoice, you have to ask the staff to do everything by hand and pray they will (they won't, they will ignore your request and only after reminders and corrections they will finaly comply).

ROSE Bikes from my perspective – a sad exapmple of how to have a good product, but completely fail by lack of management and customer service. I wanted them to "Shut up and take my money" but they could not deliver. I don't imagine having some part broken in my bike and asking them for help...

I've bought numerous items over the years and have never had any issues. Until I ordered two items and they cancelled one but still charged me for both
It's been more than two months of emails and still no refund or avalanche of the error

This German bike company has it all: the market's best-rated bikes which can be configured to your needs using the online bike-tool, good customer service with experts in your local country, well-assorted webshop with reasonably priced bike-parts, and swift shipping.

From Bad to Worse

all things order was in stock but didn't get shipped on time as claimed on their webpage supposed to go out on monday ordered on sunday furter more wrong address labeling they had no problem withdrawing the money from my account even if i had not received the packet if you are a customer from outside germany consider if you want to go thugh the hassel has not yet received the packet as off this day its is now over a week ago
