They are huge scammers. Other reviews are right that they say they’re based in US but are actually a Chinese company. I ordered a dress for a wedding I was attending in early February of this year. After 2 weeks, it had not shipped out yet so I emailed them. They stated the dress was on “back order” and would ship out by end of the month. On March 15, I finally reached out to cancel my order because I had no dress and the wedding was near. They said a refund would appear in my account within 10 days. Two weeks went by and nothing. It’s a good thing I used PayPal for this transaction, as I had to file a claim with them. PayPal reached out and gave them 10 days to respond. They didn’t. If that doesn’t scream scam, I’m not sure what does. Had I not used PP, I would have not gotten my money back. Do not buy from them, they are dishonest and fraudulent.

I had an awful experience with RoseDress. I ordered two dresses, and one of them looked great when I first tried it on—so much so that I removed the tag, planning to keep it. But within minutes, rhinestones started falling off. For the price, this kind of quality is unacceptable.

I contacted their customer service, and initially, they only offered me a 25% refund. I explained that the dress was clearly defective and expected a full refund. Eventually, they agreed to a return—but expected me to pay for return shipping to China. That alone says a lot.

Then they reversed their position and refused the return altogether because the tag had been removed—despite the fact that I didn’t wear the dress and it was falling apart minutes after trying it on. Most reputable companies would take responsibility and issue a refund for a defective item. RoseDress did the opposite.

I’ve since disputed the charge through my credit card company and will never shop here again. If you’re thinking about ordering from them—don’t. Save your money and avoid the headache.

Beware you will not be able to return anything you purchase from this company for a refund without paying far more than the item itself. The return needs to go to China via USPS, and I was quoted $90 to ship from California with tracking (which is required).
