Totally gorgeous customer service (and expertise)
Outstanding expertise and customer service. Everyone I spoke to could not do enough to help me - from giving an (unsolicited) demonstration of the sounds of different types of cornet Sshmutes down the telephone to sending a fantastic trumpet care kit to make up for the perfect condition mute arriving without a box. Highly recommend this gorgeous business.

Excellent customer care
Really good customer service and aftercare. They give excellent advice about the best instrument suited to you.
If you're not happy with the instrument you buy from them they offer a buyback system which is very honourable.
Guy Austin is very helpful and knowledgeable and if you have any doubts about a product he goes out of his way to advise you. They have music technicians on site if your instrument needs a service or repair.
