Great shoes and super comfy. Got a size 7USA size, that being a 5UK and they are a lovely snug fit. These are so comfortable and lightweight.

Dishonest practices and nightmare customer service. It just isn’t worth the entanglement and loss of money. Scammy af
There is a reason they no longer accept returns. This is a way of hiding bad business practices and an inferior product.
Warning! If you purchase you’re stuck with it
Shoes ARE NOT comfortable.
The website instructions you too go a 1/2 size up but they don’t offer many half sizes.
I normally wear an 11 I ordered a 12 in men’s and they do not fit. They might have sent me a woman’s shoe. I’m not sure.
I contacted customer service and they sent me this: (direct quote)
“Thank you for contacting Rose In Good Faith!
Unfortunately, we don't offer product returns/exchanges.”
Customer service is not willing to hear you out at all… or even understand circumstances.
The only thing they want to do is collect your money. I was made aware they are a company is basically a stand store.
Don’t order unless you’re great at guessing.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received from Rose In Good Faith. I purchased a pair of slides in my women's size, but upon receiving them, I discovered that they were actually men's shoes. There was no indication of this on the product page.
I promptly returned the items, and it has now been over three weeks since I did so. Despite sending eight emails to customer service, I have not received any response or a refund. As a result, I have been forced to dispute the payment with my bank.
I am disappointed that Rose In Good Faith has not taken responsibility for this error and has failed to provide me with a satisfactory resolution. I hope that this matter can be resolved promptly and that I will receive a refund for the shoes I returned.
They make great quality products for decent price. I ordered a triple weighted hoodie and can currently wear it as a coat or to sleep without a blanket. My gf loves it too, hopefully I can add pictures when I get it back from her. I was also able to reach out directly to the workers for updates on my order via Twitter DM's. Very convenient.
