Excellent service! After I placed my order, I had not received any confirmation email or track & trace. So I contacted Roselili through Instagram and they very quickly responded and send me a track & trace link. Very helpful and friendly. I later discovered that I had accidentally blocked their e-mail address, woops! Nevertheless, very happy about my purchase and their service. I probably wouldn't buy most of the items at full price, but they often have some promotion going on. Also, good to know for anyone interested: sizing goes very small, so definitely order one or two sizes up from what you'd usually take.

I have some wonderful dresses from this brand and they are very high quality items, 100% cotton made and so refined in every detail. I think they have a very good price as well, usually this kind of high quality products are much more expensive, so that's great!
I love their vintage inspired silohuettes, that give such a lovely and elegant twist also to a daily outfit.
You can find beautiful clothing for any kind of occasions.

I ordered and received a really pretty pink sweater in the largest size the offer. I am a 12-14 but like my sweaters loose. The sweater fits like a size SMALL! Can barely button it!
I wrote custom service from way to return and they replied suggesting I choose another item. I replied that I wanted a refund. They sent 2nd email with a link to all their products in XXL. Aside from the fact that I really wasn’t in love with any other product, why would I assume that it would fit better than the one they sent me!
I just sent my reply with that comment and repeated that I want a refund.
I will reevaluate this review once I hear back from them. Stay tuned

Terrible experience. All items in package were wrong- color and size- from what I ordered. Additionally, one missing item. No response after 48 hrs for return information.
Items are not as advertised. Shapeless, cheap polyster.

I can't emphasize enough how much I like this! has a slow way about them. You may size down for a tighter fit. The outfits, however, have sufficient length and room.

These are amazing. They are warm for the oncoming fall even if they are thin. They are the perfect size and fit incredibly well. I placed a size medium order as usual.

The tops I ordered from them didn't live up to the photos in their ads on Instagram. Heavy polyester with stamped on designs, the fit is very wide and boxy.
Returns are difficult - they will require an authorization and email you to try to convince you to keep the item at a discount. Shipping is at customer's expense and return shipping address in China. Positives- they did ultimately refund the purchase without requiring items be sent back, hence the 2 stars. They also replied within a business day to emails.

Clothes are total garbage. Terrible fit and the fabric feels like plastic. And they don’t really accept returns because it cost well over $100 to send it back (no they don’t pay for return shipping) so they just offer you a fraction of what you paid to keep their garbage clothes.

Very poor quality clothing. Don't waste your money. Very hard to receive a refund. Clothing is not labeled for sizing and very poor quality.

Requested a return of two items. First email offered $15. For $104. In items. Refused asking for full refund and authorization to return items. Second email they offered $50. Refused asking for full refund. Third email offered $60. Refused asking for full refund. Fourth email offered $78. Refused asking for full refund. Fifth email telling me they refunded $78. They will not refund so BUYER BEWARE!!
