Unsafe
We stayed here as we had a leak at our own property. During the stay we were dealing with contractors etc to fix our own home.
We contracted Rosie in relation is unsafe electrics this was ignored for over a week.
She then sent her gardener who agreed that it was unsafe and to keep it covered.
We also have a baby who was crawling around. The floors where unsafe with many holes & lots of splinters so we were forced to keep our baby contained to one space and lay his blankets on the floor to stop him being injured.
The kitchen is falling apart tiles missing etc.
There is also damp in the basement where the bathroom is. The damp is so bad that it resulted in my baby ending up in hospital with bronchitis.
I am also disabled and struggle with typing after being ignored i assumed Rosie didn't care about safety in the property. I have asked a friend to type this review.
I attempted to get a refund prior to leaving this review however Rosie refused.
I urge everyone to avoid using this company
