I attempted to buy some china plates on the Rosenthal website but despite several attempts I was unable to complete the payment online due to several IT issues on the company's e-shop. I browsed elsewhere and found the same products 40% cheaper!
Horrible customer service. I received damaged pieces. They had the nerve to make me pay for return shipping then refuse the authorized shipment. Months have gone by and they keep making excuses. Still have not received a credit. Do not order from them directly. Shameful.
